I really like this financial…
I really like this financial institution, but to limit the withdrawal limit daily, im not happy with. But thats with most banks. Ive been this bank awhile I should a leeway. Depositing is also a limit daily. There times I want to deposit a large sum and cant. I cant deposit deposit checks through the mobile app.

Mobile check:
In the app tap Move Money → Cash a check, then take pictures of the front and back of the check. You can choose to get the money right away for a small fee, or wait ~10 days and it’s free.
If you prefer not to use mobile deposit, you can also deposit cash at participating merchants (Visa ReadyLink locations such as Walgreens, Dollar Tree, etc.).
Why you’re seeing limits
ATM withdrawals are limited (for example, $1,000 per transaction and $1,000 per day for in-network ATMs). If you’re using an out-of-network ATM, fees also apply and count toward limits.
There are also limits on transfers and other movement types (for example, PAI/ACH transfer daily limits around $3,000). In addition, deposits have monthly caps on total deposits.
These safeguards help protect customers and comply with banking rules.

I had just gotten approved for Social Security and I saw an ad on the Internet about Charlie. I signed up for the Charlie Debit Card and they took care of notifying the Social Security administration to get my funds deposited on my Charlie debit card. It was extremely easy. I’m so very grateful for the Charlie Debit Card and my first payment arrived a week early, which was a lifesaver for me!!

Charlie doesn't give a damn about baby boomers.
Hello, I've had my debit card breached several times, once on September 5 for $44.78. I tried to get refunded, neither you or Walmart helped me get my refund back. Since then, I've been breached many more times. Since I froze my account and have "0" balance, the hackers were turned away. I would like to terminate doing business with you, so can you please close out my account. I've instructed SS to use my original direct deposit information to avoid going through the hassle of paying for the previlege of transferring my own funds to my original account. Thank you for letting me fall on my face when I asked you for my refund. I also spoke to an associate about this and am still waiting for the phone call she said I'd get from Charlie. Please let me know if my account has been closed ASAP. I'd like a refund, but I guess I'd be more likely to be struck by lightning waiting for that to happen. I'm asking all my friends, family, etc. to avoid Charlie as I see it as a scam to rip people off on one side, and not be responsible for money lost to hackers. I was disappointed that I could not add my husband to my account. We both wanted be on the same account and close our old bank account. Now we have 2 bank accounts and it makes it difficult to switch money and it takes days for it to transfer. Very disappointed.
