Poor customer relations.
Well, Charlie's, you removed my last review for the Regatta jacket that was too large, and you did not refund postage as per Distance Selling Regulations. Clearly you only want positive reviews rather than publish an honest review and put the problem right . That refusal to refund £3.99 postage cost you a poor review. Let's see if you refuse this one.

The chairs are great
The chairs are great. They are to replace a pair of the same type that we've had for 10 plus years that have now gone rusty.

Had problems but Charlie’s were extremely helpful
Bought a Bramblecrest garden furniture set end of June but when delivered 5 chairs were damaged.Charlie’s arranged with Bramblecrest to send 5 more chairs. These were damaged. Eventually settled for 5 of the least damaged and a partial refund. Charlie’s helped this process to a satisfactory conclusion. Not totally happy with Bramblecrest and couriers but would recommend Charlie’s.
