Exceptional quality

I came across Charlot on Social Media and was a bit hesitant to order from France to Germany but it was so worth it (I ordered the Noga Cuir Cognac with a mirror case). The delivery was fast within a few days only. The details are beautifully crafted and it looks and feels like a high quality item which is hard to find.

Still waiting

After 16 days I have not received my cases and band. And it is only within EU. It was a gift for Easter maybe the package will turn up before Christmas?

I placed my order on December 21st

I placed my order on December 21st, but on January 2nd I was informed that the product was not available. After placing a new order as requested, I haven't heard anything back. Very disappointing communication and overal experience. I hope to get my money back.

Dreadful company to deal with

Dreadful company to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Returns are at the expense of the customer which is a complete surprise, as it this is not outlined anywhere in the Returns policy on their website, which is intentionally misleading. Moreover, they have the nerve to ask customers to send the return with a tracking service. As a result, I paid EUR 16 to send the product back to them from Belgium to France.

Meanwhile, they use the cheapest possible postal service (which costs EUR 4), so the product took over a week to arrive, yet they still advertise 1-2 days for delivery when they know this is misleading and that customers will rely on this estimate.

Moreover, they are difficult to communicate and their customer services is extremely unhelpful. They take ages to respond to emails, causing undue delays and putting the customer in a tough spot as a result (e.g. take a long time to process a return while Scalapay continue to charge the customer for the product).

Lastly, the quality of the product does not match the price. In sum, it is just not worth it and best to use a different seller.

As for delivery times, in France, shipping generally takes 1-2 business days. However, for international orders, transit times may vary depending on the postal service and destination. We do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Absolutely dreadful customer service…

Absolutely dreadful customer service with zero accountability for their parcel. They claim that their packages are delivered within Paris in 48 hours, it’s been close to a month and no one knows where the parcel is including la poste who I had to lodge an official complaint with since the company refused to help me

They insist that they cannot refund me unless there’s been a return and I’ve repeatedly explained to them that there’s nothing to return. Would not recommend buying from this overpriced brand with terrible customer service
