Better once the belt settled

I nearly returned the navy shirt dress because hte belt sat higher than I expected when I first tried it on. After loosening the knot and rolling the sleeves once, the proportions made much more sense. The skirt has enough room for walking and the buttons stayed flat through a long lunch. It arrived with a crease across one pocket, so I steamed it before wearing. Since then I have used it for work twwice and did not feel overly dressed.
