I tried to purchase a pair of shoes, and I was told by my bank that they had tried to purchase from my card in many websites! Watch out!

THIS IS SCAM!
I tried to purchase a pair of shoes, and I was told by my bank that they had tried to purchase from my card in many websites! Watch out!
Very please about the Adam “solimar” and “ treasure” shoes, the quality is on point and i love how colorful they are. The customer service was very responsive about my exchange and I received my right size after 7 days of the day i returned the wrong ones.
A two-week return window for a refund? That's ridiculous. I was returning some boots for my daughter and had to get a gift card because I missed the 2 week mark. Another day or so and I wouldn't have gotten anything because the full return window is only 3 weeks! These shoes are too expensive for such poor service.
Horrible experience. Do not buy from here. They do not refund you, they steal your money
Bought a pair of mable sneakers and the left shoe has a defect. I emailed them twice and no response at all. And these sneakers are expensive! Im very disappointed with their customer service!
Usually very happy with my purchases but opted for the “mystery shoe” offer over Black Friday and got the most hideous shoes that were no where to be found on the website. Feel incredibly tricked into spending $50 on shoes I hate. There was very little transparency about the possibility of receiving such ugly shoes and customer service basically told me “too bad”. If you know what you’re getting and you like them, definitely order but be VERY mindful of their special offers, it’s basically a way for them to take your money in exchange for the shitty products they couldn’t get rid of under the guise of giving you a bonus.
I’ve ordered three pairs of shoes from them. Wonderful until I ordered the most recent pair. Not true to size and the ankle straps were so short, I’d need to have the ankle size of a 2 year old. They’re made in china and honestly the quality has gone to trash. Which is sad because it’s minimally $250 for a pair.
High quality, beautiful shoes. Excellent customer service AND they charge duties in advance so no surprises if you’re ordering outside of the US! I’ve ordered a half dozen times, including mystery shoes and sample shoes and always have been really happy with my purchases!
