Made the same mistake as everyone else on this review board. Purchased what was described as a leather jacket and received a cheap shiny fabric sweater that was unwearable. When I tried to return I was told that I had to send back to China at my own expense and pay a 20% restocking fee. It was cheaper to just throw in the garbage and hopefully warn others of this scam company.

Horrible company scam, I ordered a leather jacket and weeks later received a non leather shiny ? Material jacket totally different from what I ordered, no phone number nor communication on my refund. Terrible experience

Purchased a $100 jacket. Took almost 3 weeks to receive. Size said 2X but fit like a large. Jacket did not look like jacket in photograph. Cheap shiny looking material. Contacted company for a return. No response for over a week. Contacted them again, no response for a week. Contacted them again they finally replied saying they could send a 20% discount off future purchase or I could mail the jacket back to them at my cost….IN CHINA!!! And they will charge a 20% restocking fee. Website states “ shop with confidence-100% money back guarantee”.

Absolutely do not, do not, do not, do not, do not purchase from this company!

Made the same mistake as others. Facebook ad made the clothing look legit. Spent $100 on a puffy jacket and waiting a month for it to arrive. Realizing then already that the jacket wasn't coming from a local store in charleston instead it was a pass through knock off from china. Upon arrival the jacket was very small had a hole in the pocket and the the stitching was coming apart. Upon asking to return the seller asks for photo proof then hastles you with offers to keep the item saying theyll give you 10%. Then 20 then 30. No percent is enough for me to wear a jacket with holes. It's fake and basically a scam company. They send junk then tell you it's your problem to return to china. I'm afraid to pay to ship back only to get no money back. I think that is what would happen for sure

I filed this w the FTC I recommend you do too, if you were not smart enough, like I wasn't to research the Company before buying. I plead with you not to buy anything from this company.
I saw many advertisements for Coats from this company on both instagram and Facebook, one was leather and the other was puffy down jacket. They boasted of high quality and durability. What got me was hassle free and free returns 100% refunds on returns. So I purchased the products. When I got thew coats they were cheap and one zipper did not even work. They were not leather and not colors represented, they also did not fit. I tried to do the free return which now says I have to pay shipping cost back to china after they approve return. I have been trying to get this handled for three weeks back and forth, they want me to pay $70 plus for shipping back to china. The product was delivered from a warehouse in California. They keep offering me discounts but will not approve my refund. I have since found several complaints online when I went to file my own complaint. I went to their website, this offered the hassle free returns, which has since been shut down. I know I should have researched more but the jackets looked great.

DO NOT BUY FROM CHARLOTTE HARRISON!!!!! They are a scam company. They show one thing on the website, but ship you an item that looks NOTHING like what's pictured. I ordered a Large jacket and it fits like a very small Medium. The jacked pictured says "Suade", color "Black" and the item showed up as cheap cloth and blue. Trying to ship it back/return: They're offering me a 10% refund to just keep the jacked. It costs $40-50 to return ship it back to China.... then they'll refund the $100 (discounted from $300)... IF they receive the item back. Pretty sure it'll strategically get lost in transit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

How are they at 2.5 stars when ALL of the reviews are 1 star wishing we could give them -5 stars!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I'm going to dispute on my credit card.

Their website makes it look like I’m buying from a wholesome family in Charleston. They never disclosed it was a China supply chain. They said hassle free returns but said that I have to pay possibly $70 to send it back to China. It was shipped from LA. why do I have to ship it to China SCAM

If I could give a negative rating I would. First product comes from China and it took almost a month. Second I ordered a winter jacket that is basically a cloth. It has a have the nice day in a box on the chest side with an alien picture .( I’m not kidding ). I tried to cancel 4x before it left China because of the delay and then when I got it I followed directions to return. Still no response and it’s been 3 days. It says they have to approve return before I can send back. I copied and pasted the email the first time and they are very slick and leave the M off on .com so when you paste it rejected it but caught it right away and corrected it. Let’s see if they respond and what happens. At minimum I need to pay for the shipping back to China for a $109 jacket that in all sincerity I wouldn’t pay $5 for if I saw in person. Hope this helps the next potential victim.

Can't believe I fell for it. They advertised on Facebook and their coats looked great at fair prices. And, it looked like a U.S. small business, which it is clearly not.

What I received were essentially sweatshirts with zippers with none of the beautiful details their coats showed in their pictures, just visual tricks. I got so tricked.

They said to ship them back to China for an 80% refund. Ridiculous so I disputed with my credit card company. BEWARE!!!!!

Horrible experience. Ordered a coat costing $99 dollars. Size is way too small. Tried to return but was told the return shipping fee would be as much as $70 which I would be responsible for. They are crooks. Beware
