Following on from the original review, I’ve still had no resolve from the Charlotte Simone faulty Jacket. I sent my contact number over and further emails, but still nothing?
Shocking customer service! If I was trying to purchase something I bet I’d get an immediate response.
Please be careful when purchasing anything just in case you have a genuine problem with an item. You shouldn’t need to keep chasing the company for a response!
