I love my bracelet and it came as expected. I was a little worried ordering off an Instagram ad but it was a great experience and the cheapest place I’ve found charms. It took about 2 weeks to get to me but other than that I had a great experience

I had one of these bracelets way back in the day and I had messed up one of the links, so I stopped wearing it. I am so happy to see that they are still being made! My charms are perfect for that bracelet. I also got the attachments to make a watchband for my Apple Watch. I haven’t tried to put my new one together, but it doesn’t look like it will be too difficult. The charms are super cute and well worth the money. They arrived faster than I had anticipated.

I love my charms. Some of the dangling charms are not so secure and i’ve replaced them a few times but overall i love the charms and it makes me so happy to look at them. My father died in April and I did one bracelet in tribute to him and i feel so connected to him and our special memories when I look at it.

Never got my order. Had to follow up multiple times for them to tell me that it’s lost and they aren’t offering me a refund. Only options are reship and store credit. I don’t wanna spend my money here! I know they’re a small business but it’s ridiculous to not even offer a full refund to their customer after losing their package! also sent ai generated emails. Finally gave me a refund after I told them I would dispute it with my bank…

the charms are the cutest. except for my birthday month charm the writing kinda got lost in the background colour but still is pretty with my borthstone and the rest of them are the best. im gonna buy more charms one for my friend as well!!!

It's been over a month since I ordered and I have yet to receive my items. The tracking information has not updated in 3 weeks and their customer service has not been helpful in the slightest. I'm assuming my package has been lost since I've never had tracking show no movement for this long, yet they refuse to provide a helpful solution. I asked for a refund and they agreed, but are now wanting me to wait an additional week to see if my package moves. I've waited long enough! They gave me a discount code for the inconvenience-- as if I'll ever order from them again! I'm thinking I'm going to have to open a dispute with my CC company to get my money back. They are SO unhelpful!

My mum brought this bracelet for me as a present and it’s been about a month and the order has not been received. I had high hopes for this bracelet but now my mum is convinced it’s a scam website and overall I’m very upset because all I wanted was an Italian charm bracelet.
