Love it!

Ordering was smooth! Delivery was fast and smooth, I like my bracelet and the charms are so beautiful . I had no issues , the quality of this bracelet and the charms and excellent . I recommend 100%

I loved all my charms

I loved all my charms! My Braclet is holding up and I’m rough on it. Iv purchased 2 now. And you can’t beat the price for the great quality.

My Charmette Experience and Review

It was very easy to sort through and add charms to my cart. However, sometimes when I added a certain charm, it would remove a different charm from my cart. Or if I wanted to remove a charm myself, it wouldn’t remove the charm from my cart, even if I refreshed the page. The UI needs to be worked on for the cart tab.

As far as quality, the charms and bracelets are great.

As far as delivery service, maybe it’s just the carrier they are using, but it sometimes refreshed and updated the statuses late. For example, I found out my package was delivered and sitting on my doorstep a few hours before the status changed and the email notification came to me. Also, when the order is out for delivery, it would be helpful to see the estimated delivery time or a map to track where the package is.
