everytime my wife, sister and I have used charm heaven the delivery, service and attitude of the staff has been fantastic. When one of the bracelets delivered subsequently broke, the customer service was great and when a charm was out of stock for valentines day, they had the fore thought to ring and get a replace out to me in time for Valentines day!

Perfect company
This was the only place I could find the retired Chamilia bead I wanted. I ordered it in the afternoon and it arrived the next morning!! couldn't believe it! beautifully packaged and with a free gift bag and full catalogue of the Chamilia range thrown in. Perfect service!

Excellent and fast service
Products as described. Easy to use web site. Cost effective next day service - discounted as order over £50. Well packaged. Initial confusion regarding site name - understand this was 'forced' by manufacturer - but one phone call resolved this and saved me placing order on wrong site (manufacturers) which would have delayed delivery. Family have now used Charm Heaven several times.

Why buy anywhere else ?
I ordered two items on Wednesday evening which were delivered on Friday morning. Fabulous service, goods were perfect, wrapped already to pop into a gift bag and give to my daughter as a birthday present. Would use this company again without a shadow of a doubt.

Excellent!
I was very impressed with the communication, one of the beads I had ordered was out of stock so was asked if I would like to wait or choose an alternative. Nine days later both beads arrived! The packaging was lovely and I was also sent a recent catalogue so I can sit and look at all the lovely beads I may purchase in the future.
