If I could give zero stars, I surely would . Same story as everyone else on the outdoor LED lights. Has anyone had luck actually getting an address to be able to return the product? I was provided one through my PayPal dispute and managed to find reasonable shipping through a broker, but now my package is held up in Hong Kong with incomplete address information and can’t even seem to get anywhere with PayPal getting me the correct address

Biggest joke of a place. Rip people off over and over. Wish I would have looked up reviews before buying anything from this joke of a place. Ordered lights paid for their vip shipping still took over a month to get here. Wasn’t even the same lights they had on the website. They wouldn’t send me the ones on their website and still would not allow me to return them or get a refund. Place is a joke. Do not buy anything from this place!

Bait and switch! Order outdoor eve lights. Buy 5 get 5 free. 10sets $168. They sent indoor led USB powered lights. Rip off! Offered me $17 refund.

As the previous people have wrote this place is a joke, supposed to get lights for outside under the eve of house and got string lights. I have reported this to the BBB and hope to see results. Do not fall for this it's a joke and ripp off. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO BUY ME OFF ALL THEY CAN SAY IS THEY ARE TRYING TO IMPROVE. 30 dollars for 230 dollars worth of lights. Has anyone been able to get a full refund?

Ordered outdoors Christmas LED lights and received fairy lights!! Total Scam...their return policy is a joke.

Ripped off! Bait and switch Ordered several strands of decent adhesive outdoor Christmas Lights. Instead I got 5 boxes of battery operated tiny lights you can buy at the dollar store. Going to file with my CC.

This is a scam. You order one product and you'll get garbage instead.

This is a rip off, it's a total scam! I purchased what I believed were, "Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights". Buy (2) 4 65" sets and get 3 free totaling 14 set.
My experience has been identical as the other disappointed customers who fell for this bait and switch. I got 15 boxes of miniature indoor lights that are powered by USB. They would not correct there mistake first offering $30 compensation when I was charged $342.00. I also needed to pay for the return shipping. There last offer was $55 and I keep the product. I even sent over my order confirmation as well as photos of the actual product they sent. They scammed me as well as many others.

These people charged me 100 dollars and I didn’t recieved anything and now they won’t answer back what ever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Total SCAM!! I bought the outdoor permanent lights - 3 strings for 96 dollars. What I received was 3 indoor mini strands, not even close to product that was advertised. These little mini lights might be worth about 20 dollars at best, they can not be used outdoor, they are just mini USB powered lights. They will not refund (they offered 8 dollars) they will not take the product back unless you try and ship this for like 275 dollars back to China. It’s a Total Scam and rip off! Do not Buy from them!!!!

We ordered lights to attach to eve of the house. We received small led string lights. We contacted them they told us what we ordered was on backorder and they substituted the string lights for them. When we asked for return and refund they offered eight dollar refund and we could keep lights. We have no use for these type lights. We had payed 96 dollars and they were offering 8 dollars.

I bought the all Year long eve light that were on sale for 49% off. I purchased three boxes with 2 extra free strings. When the lights arrived, it was LED lights that retailed on their site for 7.99. That would be $40 of lights that don’t work for me. They refused to take them back and offered me several offers of a $50 or less to keep them after I paid 151.16. I contacted,
PayPal and they agreed to take them back but I had to pay shipping. shipping was $295. They won’t refund until they receive the lites they sent incorrectly back at my cost. This is a scam. Save your money and time and do not use this seller.
