Fake emails, poor lead times.

Order process was ok but lots of glitches on the website, such as you can add a scratch and reveal card for women but not men. The emails about moving stages are sent out at same intervals regardless of where you are in the process. Email states shipped website says in production. As of now 26th decemebr its changed, unlikely they are working on Xmas day and boxing day. Emailed 3 times. Been responsive but offer of £30 gift card is an insult, why would I order again if you can't even send me my original order. They have said my replacement order is in priority yet taken the same timeframe as the 1st order, with the generic emails coming out.

Failed to deliver paid for item

I ordered a necklace for my wife as a Christmas gift, back in November. On the 11th December I was told it was ready to ship to me ready for Christmas. I sit here now on Christmas Day explaining to my wife that I got her a lovely gift but it has not turned up. I was promised it would be delivered in time for Christmas. Now there is no contact and the tracking info has not changed since the 11th. Very disappointed I would recommend not ordering from this company as they will only fill you with false information.

Over a month and nothing!

I ordered Nov 23, well within their deadline for Christmas delivery and have been told twice it had been shipped. I ordered 4 necklaces and tracking still shows they’re in production. The only way to contact anyone is by email, but oh they’re sorry about the late delivery and have offered me a discount on my next order.🙄

I notice their reply does not address the fact that my Nov 23rd order, which their site advertised as being in the deadline for Christmas delivery, is just today, Dec 30, saying it’s out for delivery and also shows incorrect product will be delivered. We will see if it’s even right upon delivery.

Charming to work with!

I like the consistent communication between the designer and myself regarding the design and approval process. Shipping did not take long and the presentation is so well thought through! Not to mention the product and concept is unique and well made.

Do not order from the UK

I ordered a necklace for my wife, which was admittedly outside the cutoff for Christmas delivery. I’d purchased another gift knowing this, so delivery after Christmas isn’t necessarily a problem.

With that said, the whole comms process is kind of laughable. Placed order and nearly two full days of silence. What follows is a stream of emails which are essentially stalling communications designed to make the customer think something is actually happening (which it generally isn’t). If I take my latest email as an example - entitled “Your order is on its way”. You then open the email to be told:

“ I’ve got great news— your Charmlry order has completed production and will be shipped very soon!

It’s almost on its way and will be in your hands shortly.”

Which one is it? Is it on its way? Or almost on its way? No - another final quality check.

All I know is that this thing should be amazing when it turns up. The person making it has done everything short of flying to the UK and delivering it by hand!

Absolutely terrible - full of lies!

Terrible customer service - have been ensure multiple times that my order from 9th November would be here in time for Christmas and now 4 days before Christmas they are saying there’s been a ‘hiccup’ and the courier can’t provide tracking. The company website says it hasn’t even been finished yet yet alone shipped. I’m so angry - I have spoken to their team on probably ten occasions now as they couldn’t get a design right, then because I’m stressed they wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. They have told me they ‘assure’ me that it will be here, they have a Christmas delivery guarantee - it’s all absolute rubbish and lies.

I’m very, very upset as now 4 days before Christmas I have no gifts for my mother and in law. Not at all what I expected having ordered them almost 2 months ago.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - they lie and lie about delivery.

Editing to say the company never resolved this - full of lies. I started a PayPal dispute and got my refund through them. Absolute sham of a company

Selected two customized pendants

Selected two customized pendants. One for my daughter and one for myself. Both turned out beautifully. Received assistance when I decided to change the font when draft was made for my daughter. It was my change as I realized the heart motif was not a favorite of hers. Change was made without question. Both pendants are beautiful.
