Charmly has helped me create a wonderful masterpiece twice already. They have been very responsive and creative with their products. I will be going to this company in the future for any custom jewelry pieces that will hold meaning.

It was very easy to do. Everything was done and delivered on time. If I had questions emails were answered quickly and they were extremely helpful in separating purchases since one was sent as a gift and was under time constraints. I would highly recommend them.

The design team made a mistake on the card, after raising it with them they advised the only way I could recive the correct card was to pay an additional fee. For a mistake they made. Poor customer service.

The jewellery is visually pleasing but small and thin.

The necklace itself was perfect and the process of getting it designed and shipped was quick and easy. However, the card that explains the symbols included came damaged, the O had been scrapped making it look like a C, which is a shame as it's a beautiful keepsake and for the money thought this would have been done a bit better.

The design and approval process was well communicated and appreciated had the ability to provide comments or requests prior to them creating the piece. I only wish in the bracket I could have seen how they planned to place the charms and birthstone as I wasn't pleased with the placement of the stone. There were two charms and one birthstone (same birth month) and rather than put in between the charms they put to the side of one and then the two charms.
Other than that, they shipped when they said they would and received on time. Both recipients loved them.

Mine turned out perfect and I got it in time for Xmas. My mom loved it seeing the whole families initials. She was wearing it today actually. So very cool necklace.

When I found this company it was perfect timing. Were very on top of it talking to me and taking the time to really trying they I want it. Yes, it took time the whole process but definitely worth it.

So I got it for me as a Christmas present to myself. It had at the time my boyfriend (he is my fiancé now.) I got a necklace with his initial and mine. So N and S. I also got a bracelet with one charm that says his name and one that says mine with the birth stones. I received a couple weeks before Christmas. But he proposed at Christmas so now we are planning our wedding. But I think I might add to my bracelet the 4 lagged kiddos names. It really is a beautiful love story.
We meet online he lives in Oregon and I leave in Idaho. Now we are engaged.

I ordered bag charms for some of my friends. I loved the first design. No changes needed. It was perfect! Highly recommend for a unique gift!

I purchased necklaces for myself and my sisters-in-law. They are beautiful! We had the initials for all the members of the family in the designs. The kids loved finding their letters. They are well made. It was fun to get the designs and to have the opportunity to make/request changes. My items came within the expected time frame. I plan to purchase more for myself and as gifts for friends.

Service was great and product was shipped in a timely manner! The only thing I would have appreciated more would have been 2 or 3 design options to choose from instead of a single option being sent and the option to have them redo it if not liked. Otherwise it was great!

Charmlry was great to work with. I changed my design 3 times before deciding on which one I liked the best. They always responded quickly by providing a new design within a day or 2. I would use them again in the future.

the item turned up promptly and was exactly what i wanted. my partner loves jewellery so i was worried it wouldnt be as good quality as shes use to however it was perfect.
