Super Customer Service
I had some difficulty with the progressive lenses because of balance issues and the customer support people were super helpful and friendly. They gave me quick assistance to get the glasses replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to order another pair again.

Great customer service. My eyeglasses arrived today when I opened my package seen my eyeglasses and tried them on. I looked in the mirror I was so happy. They look fabulous on me.

Customer service! The agent who helped me tonight, was on it! I definitely put their skills to the test. This agent was very professional, quite knowledgeable, patient, and needless to say, helpful.
What also impressed me was the humility shown. Here's the response I got when I asked their name/reference code for the customer survey:
