Whoever this Amanda chick is a liar and a greedy so-called business owner. Sent cancellation requests multiple time less than 24 hours it was purchased and she shipped the order anyway. No where in her website states no returns or cancellations but she swears up in down it’s their policy.

The worse part of it all is that she lied directly to my face about the whole timeline. She thought I was stupid but I called her out on her bs. She said her warehouse already shipped the order when it really hadn’t. I sent two cancellation requests at 12:32pm and 2:39pm and she never responded until 3:22 saying it already shipped BUT the tracking shows that the label wasn’t created until 3:52pm (after she received all cancellation requests), and get this—the order didn’t actually ship until 4:17pm! (WAY AFTER ALL COMMUNICATION HAVE ALREADY BEEN EXCHANGED).

She made excuses after excuses and lies..about being on vacation, blamed her warehouse, it had already shipped etc. Even after the fact she still made no effort to make things right nor acknowledge that the tracking shows the timeline of her lying..clearly she had already made up her mind to not cancel my order. She didn’t issue a call tag, intercept the package...NOTHING but kept insisting it already shipped. In my opinion that is shady, bad business practices, and greedy if you ask me.

After several email exchanges, she still threatened to charge a restocking fee and non refundable shipping costs out of spite which leaves me to believe this person is all about money and cares nothing for buyers. Just wants your money and doesn’t care about customer service. It’s the lying part that upset me the most.

She’d rather take a few bucks for restocking fee than to earn a lifelong customer and future businesses—how petty. I support small businesses that care about their customers. This was my first and unfortunately will be my last considering the horrible experience. That one, first, and only purchase shows the lack of consistency in their company.

Buyers beware. They are greedy and wants nothing more out of you than your money. No rapport, no customer service, no kindness. I will never support a business that deliberately ignores communication—I was made a fool of, and lied to. Seller took the route of making it harder for me so I had to refuse and return the package myself and drive to a facility to return the order since she made no effort on her end and stopped all communication thereafter.

So if you will have problems with your order good luck and fair warning! She made things so hard for me, it’s not worth the hassle! Run as fast as you can and never look back! There’s other companies that actually give a S

All of the squishies had lint on them? Like dust or something, I have no idea what it was. Some of them are dirty, like they have weird black marks that won't rub off. There was even one in non-resealable packaging that still somehow had lint on it? WHY is there lint on them? Who touched it? I have never seen a brand new squishy with lint on it, how did it get in there? And ALL had that, out of the 7 squishies I bought.
They are also more defected than what I'm used to with other websites (I know squishies can have defects easily, but these had more dents and visible holes than I've ever seen before.) One of them had cracks in the paint before I'd even touched it.
Also, this is a bit petty, but the extra is a joke. You have to specifically add the extra to your cart after your order qualifies, so 50 dollars and up. Like you have to look for it, you have to click on it like it was a product and add it to your shopping cart, which I've never seen on another website (seems to me like a way to get less people to get extras). It's just a round bun with their logo on it. It has dents (like defects). It also smells bad. I don't think it's scented, I think the foam just smells nasty for some reason. It might sound very petty to complain about an item that was free, but it's common place for squishy websites to give you extras, and they're usually of higher quality than this.

Overall all items arrived, they were authentic too, but the quality seems slightly worse than on other websites.

The shipping took about 20 days, I'm in Europe. I ordered from another store that's in Australia at the same time (same date) and that one arrived a week earlier. Take from that what you will.
Another tiny thing: the package doesn't have a fragile sticker or anything. My package was fine but I've had USPS packages before that were completely smashed, so a fragile sticker would be good since squishies are a bit... fragile.

I would not recommend this store and I will not buy there again, there's better stores.

I ordered stacked sweatpants and their wedsite says it take 2-3 days to ship and it’s been nearly a week! I have emailed them multiple times about my order and have yet to get a response.

The package came. It wasn't a scam. None were defected or damaged. All ibloom squishies were authentic. The prices were good too and they have a large selection. I also love that they send a free squishy key chain with the orders. Shipping is fast. *Update* However, overtime I noticed they have less good deals. Shipping is high compared to other squishy websites and the squishy prices are high too. For many of the things it would be cheaper to ship squishies from other countries because they each charge the same for shipping or CharmsLOL charges more. Also the international one has lower squishy prices. At this point I think it would be cheaper to buy it from another squishy website or even amazon is cheaper. I think I might start getting most orders from bunnifulwishes.com or overseas. Some items are still a good deal, so still a nice website.
