I ordered a bunch of items for a gift my order was over 100$ and it was not delivered, I contacted them amd asked if possibly it was delivered elsewhere and they told me bcuz postal said it was delivered they cant do anything for me. They have been no help at all so I'm just out 120$ that's unacceptable as most people do not just have 120$ to throw away.
After they saw my review they messaged me to message them so i did and still not a word. This is awful.

Ordered on 12th December as a Christmas present and didn't receive it until the 2nd of January, no instructions on how to assemble and 2 of the charms broke, but bracelet assembled looks lovely.

Won’t order from this company again.
I didn’t have the best experience with them. My order was over 40+ items and they had taken over a month to tell me that they didn’t hand my package to the carrier and eventually ended up canceling my order and refunding me. I re-ordered because I wanted these bracelets for my Mother and Sisters for christmas and didn’t end up getting them on time at all. I got my order after re-ordering this order and a couple of charms I had ordered were missing. I emailed them about it and was wondering why and they said they were out of stock at the time of the order which is weird because everything said it was available….was not happy at all with this company. Not to mention they take quite a while to get back to you. Will not be ordering from here again.

Double Charms Not Easy to Add To
Gorgeous and easy to add to your bracelet even if its a different make. However, I received a double charm as a Christmas present that was difficult to add another charm to, and when eventually my daughter managed to add one to it, it was raised and sharp so is being returned.

1 tool per order regardless of how many bracelets
The braclets are cute however I bought 3, for separate people. These bracelets require a specific tool to open and put charms on, what they don't tell you is there will only be 1 tool sent per order, therefore the other 2 presents are essentially useless, when contacted they said they would send out the other tools and they cannot be purchased separately. The 3 people live in 3 different houses so not sure how they expect that to work. Anyway they will be getting returned due to this
