If I could give it less, I would. I ordered $90 worth of merchandise and did not receive all of my items. When they finally did send the pieces, it was over a month after I had ordered. They sent an email and cancelled one of my dresses and I have not received that refund either. Please keep your money. They are quick to take it, but the service and quality suck.

one month. Scam company, website has an American flag on it or I never would have made a purchase. The tracking is not USPS or any known to man, I believe mine is on the back of a camel with a blind man as a driver. According to the shipping it arrived in LA, this country 12 days ago. That's only 515 miles, I could get it here faster if I walked. Mother F******. How in America does this go on? And I guarantee they are not reading reviews, They don't speak the language.

They are a scam store. Their website only responds after you place an order and make payment after that it doesn’t work anymore. Do not order from them. They operate out of Hong Kong. Not reliable. I never received confirmation on my order (2 weeks ago) but they took the money fast enough from my credit card payment even tho on their Q&A they say they don’t charge until shipping is confirmed. They are liars and cheaters.

I received a notice that my ORDER HAD BEEN cancelled and.......here I am expecting a refund. NEVER HAPPENED.

I received 5 items, all were all from strange material I never seen before, the blouses were so paper thin you could see through them, and felt like paper material as well. None of them fit. I asked for refund, they delay with questions back and forth, then when you ask where to return items they quit corresponding. The items cost $106. I did find an address on web site in Hong Kong, no idea if that is the place they go back to, however, shipping charge was $90 AND delivery took 21 days. They only allow 30 days for returning so I doubt if they would refund money anyway. So I got taken for $106. So sad that this scum bucket company is allowed to operate like this. I did file complaint with Better Business Bureau

THIS CO. IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. I ORDERED 7 DRESSES AND NEVER GOT THEM. I TRIED CALLING AND NO ONE PICKED UP. I TRIED TRACKING THE ORDER AND NEVER GOT THROUGH.SHAME ON YOU!

This company is a Scam! I ordered 3 dresses and a blouse back in April. They keep sending me e mails that my order is in transit with a BS tracking number. I have filed a fraudulent claim against them and waiting to see the out come.

This company is a scam. After two months of waiting, the merchandise was finally received. I ordered and paid for 8 blouses and only 6 arrived with the order. I ordered a "S" size. The like blouses were all of different lengths. The company is located in China but they will not refund unless the merchandise is returned. It costs more to ship the items back!

I sent many emails and they go unanswered. As soon as Paypal contacts them, they say they want the merchandise back. How I wish I would have done my research.

I highly recommend that people do research before ordering from companies located overseas. I didn't do my research and ordered from several companies located overseas and the experience has been the same. I am sick to my stomach about this!

The Federal Trade Commission keeps track of these companies. I highly recommend filing a complaint with them.

YAY! My order arrived and it was exactly what I had ordered. Just took forever to arrive! Therefore, I am admitting this is not a Scam. Just be patient.... I retract that I had previously indicated this was a scam.

I ordered two dresses on line but when I received them they looked nothing like what I ordered and I requested to return them but that was 3 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. I will never buy from this company again.

I never received my order. Trying multiple times to contact them about the order with no response. Contacted bank to stop the payment but Charmwish contacted them stating they'd shipped the merchandise, even sending a copy of a shipping label. The label was dated almost 60 days earlier and still have not received the merchandise. Then received email from Charmwish saying they needed to cancel my order (the order they told the bank with "shipping label" they had already sent) and would be refunding me a different amount than the order. Unfortunately for me, the amount was half the order price. DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered 3 items and eventually received them. However, one dress was not as pictured, and another was too small for me. They will not let me return those items for exchanges or refunds. They have offered $22 for my "inconvenience", not even close to what I paid. This experience is the worst I've ever had online.

Bought three products from them, after waiting for two months only received one of them and the quality was less than subpar. I am currently looking to get a refund.

I ordered a lace top from charmwish back in March. When I started emailing them about not receiving my package they told me three times it had shipped. Finally they told me the seamstress didn't have the correct material to make the top. They showed me a picture of the wrong top. They said they could replace the top for $15 or I could get $14 returned to my original account. Before i could do anything about it they blocked me out of their system. I haven't been able to contact them in about two weeks. Very bad company to try an do business with.

Horrible...I placed an order March 3, 2020. When I track it all I get is "This order is being prepared." They have sent me two responding emails stating they have sent two partial shipments, but they have not, as I am still getting the above report. I am filing a complaint with PayPal today. Beware of this site.

I placed a order with Charmwish.com and there is no way to get in touch with them. Nothing works on the online account there for I will be placing a alert on my credit card.

All shoppers beware. They DO NOT send goods. They DO NOT respond to emails. Go elsewhere and ONLY shop with legit companies, this one is not.

I have repeatedly contacted this company about returning undesirable products but each time they ask for my order # (which I have sent them repeatedly) and they never give me an address where I can return the products. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
