Don’t listen to all the negatives on here. A lot of upset customers seem to be the ones sending things back. As long as you get your size right and you don’t have to ask for a refund then this is the shop to get all your safety boots from. My Dr Martin grapple work boots came when they said they would and they are 100% legit. They don’t do fakes here. Highly recommended and there the cheapest out there. Will definitely order again

Do not use this company. Ordered a pair of work boots delivered no problem. Unfortunately the boots where to big. So contacted customer service to be spoken to quite rudely & aggressively. Finally got returns label which you have to pay yourself to ship back. Track & trace boots arrived back within 48hrs no problem. Now 6 weeks later multiple emails no response finally get a refund BUT not for the full amount. Explain to me how can they justify not giving a full refund. I tried 1 boot on in my home...& put back into the box. No damage no dirt exactly how they where delivered. The customer service help is none existent if I could of rated 0 star rating I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Not great, waited 8 days for an order, still didn't arrive, emailed them, no contact, chased and received a refund through Paypal, still no contact or apology. All it needed was a simple email or reply to say they weren't in stock and it wouldn't have been a problem, I would have ordered elsewhere. Have respect for customers, it goes a long way.

Great Service

Very friendly service when needed advice about getting the right size of Parade Joppa trainer. Thanks to the advice I ordered a size up and shoe fitted perfectly with my insoles.

Boots didn't fit, they ignored my email asking for advice on alternatives. When I phoned they promised to phone back but didn't. So I returned the boots for a refund and am still waiting 3 weeks later. Calls just go through to a receptionist who can't do anything, they never phone back as promised. I'm going to let Visa deal with them now. Rubbish.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Placed an order, returned the item as it came something totally different than on website SCAM!
Went through a return procedure and was updated on them recieving this in their warehouse, weeks later and still no refund.
Every time I call i get told that someoen will call back and that they are too busy to deal with my enquiry atm, the manager was verbally abusive and very unprofessional, it is quite unnaceptable to come from someone that should hold any authority wihin a business. 

So still no update and I would definetly NOT recommend this company to anyone !!

I returned my shoes almost a month ago. I have to chase for updates and I never get a reply, funny how I get an “automatic” update the same day I put a customer service enquiry in. Still do not have my money back. Awful.

I placed an order on the 10th of December and I never received till today. I emailed them twice on the 20th and 22nd no answer back.I never buy again from them!Very bad customer service!

After ordering my Skecher safety shoes I was a bit weary after reading the negative reviews. Ordered the two day delivery on Wednesday the 18th of November and received them on Friday the 20th of November no complaints.

UPDATE: Today I have received my refund after over a month of non stop chasing. Threatened them with legal action in writing and hey presto, they sent my money back by the end of play the same day. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. This company will as good as ROB from you. Sent boots back as they were too small, they arrived back safely and I was told I’d get a refund in full. That was on October the 3rd... I’ve called, emailed, used contact us forms, nothing. Will persue through the small claims court just to get my money back and I don’t care how much it will cost me to do it, as long as they return what is mine. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Terrible company that amount to nothing but thieves.

Not impressed with my 1st pair of Caterpillar work boots that leak water from the sole after only 6 month..!
Complained to Charnwoodfootwear where I purchased and they didn’t want to know, still not received a reply from my last correspondence.
Followed up my complaint with a letter to Caterpillar headquarters in London and received a FOC replacement pair today..
Thank you Caterpillar and great customer service..!

dont reply to emails really hard to get a refund even then you wont get all your money back .dont waste your time or money.

Product isn't worth the money. It's a cheap product. Waiting for a refund for more then 2 months. Site a scam.

Paid for next day delivery , got my parcel 4 days later.
Just contacted the customer service now which explained that it is normal since the free delivery takes up to 4 to 5 days......

A joke of a service, they would not even listen and had their reply all made up which means that they do that all the time.

Just don't bother and read carefully all the reviews.They say it all...

Paid for next day delivery, several days later I still haven't received the item. Emails have not been responded to. Tried via telephone and I am told someone will call back but they never do. Avoid

Good ordered 4 weeks ago and not dispatched. I’ve emailed 4 times never had a response, called got no assistance, I’ve now emailed via PayPal and no response.
I’ve requested a lot refund which they haven’t issued it looks like I’ll have to pursue that via PayPal.
Don’t waste your money or your time ordering from this company.

I was worried at first as the delivery company they use in my area (DHL) were terrible,probably due to the pandemic but finally got my dr marten boots and they are genuine,VERY pleased with them,the customer services lady was very helpful and rang when she said she would and helped trace the whereabouts of my parcel with the delivery company,happy customer eventually after 11 days.

Still awaiting refund for returns after 1 month.
They are pleading covid but still happy to send shoes out and charge you on day of order
