Charger.co. Uk I have just bought my Home EV charger from charge. co.uk. 100% satisfied, Dave and Louis came to my house and fitted the EV. Could not want anyone better to do all the job. Update 25/5/23 **Re-Reviewed**Started life as Dyamic Motion Group. Now trading as Charrrge. I guess any EV charger Installation business is only as good as the product they install and the person physically doing the install job to start with. Customer Service follows close behind, because I can guarantee these chargers are prone to hicups. My charger is reporting that the live cable is loose creating excess heat and reducing my charge amps so I can't charge fully during off-peak hours. So somewhere between the installer and the charger manufacturer lies the problem and the solution. Kudos to Annie at Easee and Michelle at Charrrge for liasing and arranging an Easee engineer to come next week. So far so good.

So - no engineer has appeared on the horizon from Easee despite myself and Charrrge chasing them. Trustpilot review of Easee next and it will be ugly.

Excellent workmanship by Ash & his colleague

Just had a first class installation experience with Charrrge.co.uk. This is my first electric car and they led me through all my daft questions, helped me pick the right charge point and scheduled the installation easily and in a professional manner.

The point was installed this morning (Ash and Louis) arrived on time, got on with the job, were tidy and when completed (very quickly!) explained how to use the point including connecting for the first time.

Its important to support local business' and Charrrge come highly recommended - I selected this company despite being offered a small discount through my company corporate scheme.

Great service, competitive in the market and very satisfied.

Sales person advised us to buy an additional unit at a cost of £411 which they were going to fit at the same time as our EV.

The electrician unboxed & attached the unit to our wall, before checking it was suitable and that he could actually install it. Because of the damage caused to the unit from the unsuccessful installation we weren’t able to return it for a refund as it was classified by the seller as used.

Also due to the length of time the company took to confirm they were unable to install the unit we were not able to claim on our Visa card for a refund as other reviewers have done.

All in all it’s been a very stressful experience over the last 9 months and we would never recommend doing business with Charrrge. We are still over £400 out of pocket due to their actions and they just don’t care.

Again you miss the point (deliberately?) we would not have bought the Eddi without your salesperson’s recommendation & encouragement to do so.

We could have obtained a refund had your fitter not attempted an installation he was not able to complete.

Receipts were provided as soon as I was asked for them. This took months because initially, when you were dealing with my husband he didn’t chase you up like I have done. We shouldn’t have to chase you up, the whole experience has been stressful & still you offer no compensation for the £411 we are out of pocket. Which would never have happened if it was for your sales person & installer.

Your customer service is appalling & I think anyone who reads your reply will see through your excuses & trying to focus the blame on us for taking advice from your company.

Ash ruined up on time, carried out the install professionally and provided help on siting the charger & setting up the Ohme app....cannot fault any aspect of customer service and installation.

The workmen who arrived carried out the installation work very neatly and with due consideration of the fact this was our home. The installation was completed with no impact to our home and they tidied up behind them. The reinstatement was done to a high quality.

After getting very frustrated with other companies while trying to find an EV charger the team at Charrrged were a breath of fresh air.

Simon was very knowledgeable about the chargers and the various different options which would work with my energy provider so we can benefit from cheaper rates and was a pleasure to deal with. Simon also kept us up to date with our order and managed to get us a charger installed very quickly.

Dave and Louis have just fitted the charger in the exact location I wanted it with minimum fuss and were very pleasant and professional.

Top job all around - won't go anywhere else if I need another charger in the future.

Installer turned up without adequate parts to complete the install. Clarified that was no fault of my own. No initiation from the company to book a new date for install. 2nd time the installers van broke down on route, I was told I would go updates within an hour, again no update was given. 3rd time they tried to charge me an extra £150 due to more cabling required despite no mention of this previously and me showing other quotes for almost half the cabling they were trying to charge me for. Luckily I did not pay the full amount upfront. Getting a refund was a massive headache, ultimately I had to obtain this via my credit card company. DO NOT USE

Very professional quoting process and great price from Simon Lindsay, a couple of missed appointments due to engineer availability issues, was given compensation payment, Simon was excellent through out rearranging and keeping me informed

Very quick and efficient. Only took circa 2 weeks from initial enquiry to getting the charger installed. Would definitely use again when we move house.

The guys at the company were very helpful and responsive. Installation was fast
