Ordered Christmas gift. Never delivered. Contacted multiple times. Assured me it was on its way. Has been over a month, close to two. Complete scam. NEVER order from this company.

Bought the "stained glass birds" for £30 which turned out to be a Chinese knockoff of a better quality item I could purchase from The Range for £8. Made it look like it was an American website when is actually from China. Paypal won't refund unless I pay to return the item despite it being a fraudulent item/website.

I ordered shoes 2 months ago. The tracking last updated 12/12. Still have not received them. Do not order from them!!!

Edited to add: They arrived. They are very cheap and smell horrendous. They’ve been sitting outside for a week and still can't bring them inside. Will never wear them. Just seeing now if the smell ever goes away.

I believe I have been ripped off by CHARTHECK and expect the overcharged funds be returned into my account. Advertised for $15, as ‘Birds Stained Window Panel’ it is NOT transparent as implied, but a tiny piece of dark coloured plastics, yet Chartheck chargeing my Visa $53.22US dollars!
Somehow the cost became $23- then $28.93 with shipping & US DOLLARS only mentioned last, once. The VISA charge is a RIP OFF as 28.93 US Dollar = 42,36 Australian Dollars, so much more than I agreed to for a very deceptive & disappointing product.

I bought a stained glass bird hanging from Chartheck and what a disappointment. The quality of the item is very poor and allows no light through.
There is no return and refund policy. Their customer service offer no satisfactory resolution and simply confirm I have received what was ordered. Recommend people stay away from this site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.!!!!!!! Ordered shoes and it took forever for them to come. When I finally did receive, the sizing wasn't right. Went back and forth for weeks. All I wanted to do was return, but they told me the size I ordered is what they sent. Since there wasn't any product flaws they would not give me return authorization, instead offered me $3 US Dollars in Credit. REALLY. If it wasn't such a hassle on my end I would dispute the credit card charges, but then they shut down my card and issue a new one. So I got played by this company.

BUYER BEWARE! Items are cheaply made and not as advertised. I ordered a wood burned nativity set and was sent a blurry screen printed nativity puzzle. When I asked about a refund/return I was told no and offered $3 for my dissatisfaction.

I ordered 2 identical items of the ‘stain glass birds’. They weren’t nearly as nice as I thought they would be for gifts…like others said, definitely not translucent to let the sun in!
My main issue is that they were packed so poorly, with no soft protection between the 2 items…so one had a piece broken off on arrival!
They say ‘no risk’, 100% guarantee, etc, but they have only offered me $2 US ‘compensation’! When I said I wanted a replacement or full refund they’ve only offered me $5! We’ve been going back and forth for 2 weeks. No name on the email of the person who doesn’t have the authority to give any higher offer, but not passing it up to anyone with more authority either!
I’m on a merry go round!! And still no gift for my friend!

‘Birds stained glass window hangings’ was how this product was advertised so I assumed it was a beautiful piece of artwork of 7 stained glass birds but what I received was an alloy metal hanging of 7 PAINTED birds. I emailed the support people advertised on the thank you card accompanying the item on 24hservice.com questioning what I had thought I had purchased and what I actually received and their reply was ‘what you bought were 7 birds, we did not make a mistake. Have a good life’ How rude and unprofessional and after seeing the feedback on this site I can see why. Shady advertising and extremely poor customer service is the only way I can describe my experience with these people.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought an item which never arrived. They say they don't have a reimbursement policy, once the item is sent (and it gets lost) there's nothing they can do... How can it be possible?
NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered and received a window bird hanging that was supposed to be translucent like stained glass. However, item received was smaller than the image shown on their page and did not allow light through even in the brightest window. They would not allow a refund when contacted. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHARTHECK!!!

Very poor quality of the "stained glass" hummingbirds I bought. It was shoddy and very cheap. There was no "defect," so when I asked for the return address to send it back, I was given a Chinese address, and the postage to return it was three times the cost of the object. I did not return it and ended up throwing it away. What a waste!

Awful product, awful customer service, I wish I had read the reviews! AVOiD!

Never received and overcharged on bird stain glass hangings!

Ordered a size larger shoe, they sent the wrong size, way too small. In order to receive a refund I would have to pay to ship it back to Hong Kong, USPS cost $28.00. They only charged $4.95 to ship. No where on the website does it say they ship from there. Returns are pretty much impossible. Even though it is PayPal partner they aren't very cooperative for returns. And the quality of the product wasn't very good.

Placed an order at $60.88. when they billed my card, now it's $75.85. never received the items. Have gotten dozens of emails telling me where the shipment is, but never received anything. Stopped getting emails and unable to reach these people, big scam

Product arrived broken. Refusing to refund through PayPal unless I ship it back to China. I wish I’d read the reviews. Can’t leave 0 star so had to give it one. AVOID!!

Bought 2 bird stained glass hangers- much smaller than was indicated.
They overcharged me $20 to boot! Which I am disputing 😡
Scam.

I don't even want to give 1 star but won't let me proceed without doing so. Took the wrong amount (,more)when I placed my order , now taken more money today!!
