Order never dispatched, unable to contact

I've had good experiences with this company in the past but on the 1st April 2022 I put in an order for about £100. It was never sent and just sat as "unfulfilled" in my account. Tried emailing 3 times over the next month, no reply. Tried Facebook messenger which bounced back with an auto-response then a post on their page but received no answer.

Eventually I had to file a PayPal claim (Chase Games never replied and it eventually was closed in my favour). Very glad I paid by PayPal.

Cards arrived in great condition and…

Cards arrived in great condition and well packed. Was slightly disappointed that something that was advertised as being available unfortunately wasn’t meaning the website wasn’t quite up to date- but great service otherwise.

Good selection on the website and reasonably priced - I specifically like that you can buy individual Pokémon cards for good prices. My order was dispatched a couple of hours after I’d paid and arrived the next day. I’m very impressed, and will certainly shop here again!
