Ka is a professional surveyor. Not only work out the professional survey report for us, he also will provide good advice under a follow up online meeting. Explain the report about what kind of major issues need immediate to take action, and what kind of minor issues can do later. Roughly count the repair cost for our reference is very important for us to evaluate the cost of the property.

I used Chasepmc snagging service twice. One was for apartment and one was for house.
Ka is a real professional. He investigated every little part of my properties to ensure nothing was missed. Ka also explained his opinion in a easy way for me to understand. Most importantly, the snagging reports were issued after 2 days of the survey with a lot of pictures and detailed explanations.
