My granddaughter love the jewelry box with the ballerina.
Happy with the jewelry box. I wasn't able to include a gift card, would have been nice if this was an option. I also didn't receive an email telling me when the item was shipped, since my granddaughter lives in another state I would have liked to know when she would be receiving her birthday gift.

Very slow at answering messages.
I loved the product. I did have a problem and needed to speak with them They were very hard to contact. I always reached a recording which took a very long time for them to get back to me. The problem was eventually resolved.

Two granddaughters really love their MeMe
Received my two jewelry boxes a while back. I bought them for my granddaughters. When I opened the boxes WOW! Talk about being took back in time. These jewelry boxes were absolutely perfect. The workmanship was excellent,and I loved actually getting them when I was supposed to. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely be a repeat shopper!!

Would never order from this company again!!
I ordered a beautiful looking jewelry chest floor standing. The picture showed it to be white wash. The write up also stated that this item was indeed white wash finish.
When received it was a gold color. They would not pay for the shipping to return the chest and also said I had to pay a re-stocking fee. Therefore I had to pay someone to totally re-finish this chest. It was very costly!!

Hello, I do see a record of this, however, we're showing that we closed this incident after leaving a VM saying that we were unable to provide a second key as our mfr did not have any spares (and did not keep any). We apologize for not being able to send a second key, and will work to do a better job at "closing the loop" on communications.
