Very good service prompt and easy to fit

Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with this company. They took my money, promised delivery within a certain timeframe. 10 days later, I still haven’t received delivery. I have tried to communicate with them but they keep sending me through to an emailing system rather than telephone - then they don’t respond to their emails. Be aware that they do not offer a telephone service. I’m now worried about the legitimacy of this company. To wait 10 days for parts that were understood have been delivered within three days - and then refuse to communicate with a customer - is not acceptable.

Buying from CN is an enjoyable experience. The speed of delivery was outstanding and price reasonable.

I haven't tested the tape in wet weather yet so I don't know how effective it is. Took a long time to get delivered.

Tried submitting this review but don’t think it went through. Don’t want to miss reviewing excellent after sales service. Having purchased a folding ladder for my camper from Chas Newens Marine, I noticed no brackets for hook attachments. Phoned the company and spoke to Jakki. She contacted supplier and found out not only were brackets not supposed to be included but found out advertised items were discontinued. She sourced replacement items and ordered them for me. Gave me a little discount and free postage for my trouble. Super After Sales Service.

I had a fantastic experience with Chas Newens Marine in Putney. I initially called to ask about delivery costs for a launching trolley, and the level of customer service that followed was genuinely above and beyond.

The manager took the time to call me back and talk through options, including suggesting collection from their site. She then went out of her way to find an even more convenient solution that significantly reduced our travel time. She made sure the arrangement worked for us, helped us load the trolley when we arrived, and even checked in by message the next day to make sure we’d got home safely.

It’s rare to find such thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely caring customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chas Newens Marine to anyone — a brilliant example of putting customers first.

Best Price on Web, used this kit before - Neoprene if you are looking for UV resistance & not clearing oily water. It will last 3 times longer than Nitrile.
