My experience buying a GE 31591 wireless Skype & landline phone has been very good. The phone arrived quickly & in good order. Seems to be a good phone too. There was something a bit off-putting about the order experience, and with the email follow-up regarding shipping address. Just a sort of "I'm dealing with someone who understands my language incompletely and who is using canned nonspecific replies."
With that caveat I would recommend them to others.

Ordered skype product. But had to follow up myself to find out, that the product hadn't been shipped. When product 3 weeks later finally was shipped it DID arrive just 2 days after.

But it's seems really bad service that you don't know what is happening to your order for such a long time!

My Skype headset Audio 648, arrived in double quick time, and I had it set up even quicker! Not bad for a silver surfer! Thank you, ChatandVision.

I bought three Skype RTX Dualphone 3088 from ChatandVision for my relatives, including one through Amazon website. I know the phone is good as I use it daily. The half price ChatandVision offered was the lowest price I could find anywhere, plus free delivery to Australia, the US and Canada. Probably due to time zone difference, I have never seen their Skype account online, so I could not chat with them through Skype, but they are quick with emails.

Unfortunately emails are not as good as phone calls and sometimes their replies did not answer my questions, and there seems to be issues with their website or payment, as I got error message every time trying to place order and have it shipped to the US while I am in Australia, therefore I had to do it through Amazon. No issues found when shipping to Australia or Canada, a bit weird.

I think lack of phone call communications could be one of the issues they are facing, probably a price to pay for of low price.

The good news is once order is confirmed, delivery is quick. I have all three units delivered within a week after order confirmation.

Overall I am happy with the service they provided.

I have recently ordered a Dualphone (RTX 3088) at ChatandVision. Although the confirmation said shipping time would be 3-10 business days, I received in 2 business days. The product arrived via DHL and works properly. I also received follow-up e-mails from support. Funtastic service! Keep up the good work!

(The only reason why the firm did not receive 5 stars this time is that the Skype voucher (30 free minutes) sent with the phone expired end of September, i.e. 3 months ago.)

Fast and free delivery RTX DUALphone 3088. The Phone Itself is very good.

This company is the worst online one I have ever dealt with. Tried to a buy a product which was identified as being in stock. Managed to place an order with cash being taken from my account immediately.. after 10 several days with no dispatch date I phoned them and got notification that they could not guarantee a dispatch date. I am still waiting after an additional 10 days for a refund (if I ever get it)... more than 500 Bucks down the drain at the moment !

There are so many people with exactly the same problem it makes me wonder if they are actually trading fraudulently

I have ordered RTX Dualphone 3088 and got it in 2 days! All information on the order and delivery was coming to my Email address promptly. A request for additional information and conformation of the price of the product was answered politely and in a very short while. Excellent service, discounted prices, kind care about customers, all in all build my confidence in this Company. The phone itself is very good. I did not have any problem to start it. Great value for money, sure. Ring tones can be louder, all the rest is just fine.

Shipped quickly to Canada from Hong Kong. I would give a 5th star if I could have tracked the package as it made its ways across the Atlantic.
