I thought I was upgrading to to ChatGPT…
I thought I was upgrading to to ChatGPT Pro (from Google). I never received any confirmation or access to the Pro version. 6 months after subscribing I worked out that I'd signed up for CHATBOT PRO instead of upgrading to the paid version of Chatgpt and so I started using it. A week later I got an email saying my subscription had been cancelled. When I wrote to them I got an AI response which didn't address my issue and didn't make sense. Very frustrating. They are impossible to contact. I'm trying to get help from Paddle also, as I bought it through them. Communication is proving difficult. Feel very cheated and very misled. Stay away.

This is a SCAM
I searched for chatgpt and did not realize the site was a sponsored link on google. It perfectly mimics chatgpt. After purchasing the subscription on October 16th I realized it was not chatgpt so I checked the refund policy. It states to contact them at a provided email address to request a refund within 3 days of purchase and less than 20 messages sent. I messaged them the same day of the purchase to which I didnt hear back. Eventually I tried disputing through paypal but paypal told me to request the refund directly from the seller to which I had already tried. So then I messaged the company they use to complete the transaction paddle.net to which they are refusing to refund the money because I disputed with paypal. After requesting the refund, the company cancelled my access to the subscription altogether on november 6th and are still refusing to refund the money. So now I'm not only out the money but they also took away access from the product as well because I requested the refund.

A scam company that is trying to climb up on ChatGPT's reputation by deception!
Their name and logo were chosen in such a way that it would deceive unsuspecting users who originally wanted to visit chatGPT, but they pushed their scandalously crappy service under their very similar name with Google ads to be the first in the search, so unsuspecting users click on them ... instead of a one-time fee, they imperceptibly set you up with an annual renewable fee, and then after you thought you got rid of them, a year later comes the surprise: a notification from your bank card provider that they have charged your account with their annual fee ... a scam company that makes money by deceiving others ... I don't even understand how they can allow such companies to operate ... a scam gang!

Double charged - not the OG CHatGPT.
I was charged twice for the pro version, and contacted the merchant (Paddel) you directed me to the AI Bot that handles sales. Bot could understand the issues and was unable to resolve problem.
Its also misleading - Chat Bot is not the original Chap GPT pro version. That's very misleading.

I signed up for a one year subscription thinking it was chat gpt - their advertising is designed to make you believe that. despite not being chat gpt the service does work, I would rate it 5.5/10, considering that is quite cheap even 6/10. but I would have never bought it if I knew this was not the real chat gpt, which of course is much better than this

It looks good, but gives an headache
I'm afraid I read these comments a bit late. It all seemed good; access to good AI stuff via Chatbot. But it appears to run on free accounts of Chat GPT and the worst part is: it gives errors all the time.
So it's not really useful, you better stick with the free Chat that does not give you errors.
