I’ve been using chat diary

I’ve been using chat diary on and off - I’m quite new to journaling or any documentation of my day/week etc. but have been going through a phase of burnout and anxiety so turned to chat diary to offload some thoughts. I’m not a regular user as it’s building a new habit for me. But when I have offloaded I feel lighter, and find it useful reading back the summary of my journal entry. There was one blip when I sent a long vn off and it just sent me 15+ titles and no entry but that was soon resolved. I’ve now got chat diary pinned to the top of my WhatsApp messages so hopefully I can make using it more of a daily habit!

Treasuring memories

I’ve been using this to record special moments with my grandchildren. As a parent I remember thinking “I need to write this down” - so often I never did and the memory faded. With this, it’s instant, it transcribes beautifully and I have a “forever memory”.
