My hair stylist took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted while making adjustments to fit my face.

I had an colour appointment @9am to have my hair done early as it was my son’s wedding day. I told stylist that I had time restrictions. I told her which colour I wanted which was bonfire(coppery red) she lightened my hair then applied the colour. The lightning took 45 minutes then the colour took just as long it seemed. I was supposed to be done at 1030 plenty of time to drive the 1:5 hours home to get ready. Well that didn’t happen. My hair was ORANGE at the roots( something that has never happened before,she said that we could apply more colour took roots. I said I have to go that I could not be late for the wedding. When we discussed style I said I wanted large wavy curls and she could not do that either. I was so upset I was in tears when I left. My hair was ruined on one of the most important days of my life. I attempted to fix once I got home but I had 5 minutes to get changed and leave for wedding 2 hours from my home . I do not recommend anyone going to this salon. Many times I voiced my complaints about the colour and style yet I was charged full price and had horrible hair that I had to have pictures taken that will be around forever. I’ve had my hair done at other chatters locations with no issues . Horrible service and service and I will never recommend or go back there. I didn’t even get the ends trimmed which has always been apart of the service previously 😡😡😢

She approached my hair with thoughtfulness, intelligence and curiosity. I appreciated her advice and loved the end result. I just wanted to add that I’m going on third day of being at the salon and I can’t believe the curl is still stayed in and it still looks fabulous. I’ll definitely be back.

Today, I walked into Chatter’s Hair Salon on a total whim—first time ever—and I’m so glad I did. I was pretty apprehensive (as anyone with curly hair will understand), but Natalia, a senior stylist, completely put me at ease. She just got it—she knew exactly what I was trying to do with my shape and style, and it was clear she had real experience with curls and breakage.

She managed to give my hair the refresh it needed without sacrificing length, and honestly, it feels like it has life again. The best part? It was super affordable.

If you’re looking for a salon that knows what they’re doing—especially with textured hair—and want something that won’t break the bank, I’d absolutely recommend seeing Natalia at Chatter’s on Regent. Total win.

This location is looking very tired and dated and definitely needs a renovation (salon part).
I do enjoy the convenience of being able to book online and to book last minute as well.

It was very easy to get an appointment. Everyone was pleasant and greeted me kindly. Molly H. Did a really great job cutting and styling my hair! She gave me a cut on the price too, as I had booked under a long hair price, but she said my hair was medium long. Thanks Molly, you made my day!

Again I got an amazing cut and style from Sabrina. She explained the process for highlights that I am interested in and she explained all the options. I was very satisfied with that and booked my next appt for highlights!

We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked in The store and the chair area was very clean.
Quiannah R was my granddaughters stylist. She was amazing. She listened to to what we wanted and made sure Nevaeh was comfortable with the length and the process every step of the way. She took the time to style her hair and had so much patience.

From the moment we walked in to the time we left everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The staff is great. Prices r way too high! Its a week wages for someone on minimum wage basically for a cut and color! Tipping is therefore out of the question. Think about that…so stylists are making like $55 to $100/hr- which who makes that kind of money? And then a tip is expected? No way i realize this is the price at all salons but its too high across the board

Breanna was excellent! My daughter got her ears pierced. She was very thorough in explaining everything. She took her time to make sure the holes were lined up. She sanitized everything really well and gave us a guideline sheet to take home. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend her 100%. I love that they give a free bottle of cleaner as well.
