The stylist Vanessa was awesome! She listened to what I wanted done, was able to achieve exactly what I wanted and gave me some tips for upkeep.

I had a walk in appointment
I had a walk in appointment! There was no wait. My poor hair was in horrible condition due to medications I’m on when I walked in. It was dry, frizzy and unmanageably tangled. Dom took the time needed to help me get it brushed, washed and feeling soft and healthy again!

The experience was alright
The experience was alright, although I would not recommend leaving clients on the washing sink by their head and neck and then expecting they will be able to sit properly after that...I am a yogi and have the physical ability but think that others would be challenged.
My hair is looking alright but I do not like the dark halo that was left in the front of the face.
The stylist was informative and did a great job in teaching her practicum student.

I was in chair 5 min you charged me $63.00. My daughter was suppose to get a 1/2 in trim plus trim above eye brow trim for bangs, she came out with hair uneven, bangs under her eyebrows. I can do better and save money. Wont be back!
