The Stylist was delightful and…
The Stylist was delightful and professional. But the colour went very dark (almost black). I think she should have checked how the colour was progressing part way through. The colour ended up significantly darker than I requested. I’ve been a long time customer of chatters. I would appreciate if the salon would correct this colour service please. It was just fine. It felt awkward in the chair (not that the chair was awkward just the conversation while in it), I was late and I did apologize when she phoned but she just hung up and didn’t say anything to me telling her I was on the way.

Hi, I came in recently to get my hair curled and unfortunately didn’t have a very good experience. I left with my hair feeling extremely dry and crispy, and it smelled burnt — even after washing it twice since the appointment, the smell is still there. While curling, the stylist held the iron on my hair for far too long, which seems to have caused damage. I asked for curly hair but left with barely any waves, and the whole process took an hour and cost $60. I ended up having to redo my hair myself afterward.
I also have naturally curly hair, but my curls are now very unhealthy from how much they were fried. On top of that, the stylist made repeated comments about my grey hairs and psoriasis, which made me quite uncomfortable. My neck was also sore afterward from how hard my hair was being pulled during the curling.
I just wanted to share this feedback because I left feeling really disappointed with the service and the condition of my hair.
