We would thoroughly recommend ChattyCatsCare to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy and extremely caring company who place the cats in their care at the centre of all that they do. Michelle, the company owner, was informative and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We found both Michelle and the cat sitter we were assigned, Leah, to be extremely professional and friendly. Our cats were really well cared for and the regular videos/pictures sent to us by Leah was testimony to that. We will most definitely be using ChattyCatsCare again.

We used Chatty Cats Care services while on holiday recently. They did exactly what they said they would: take care of our kitten Blu, play with him, feed him, clean the litter. Our cat sitter Leah was so nice to accommodate the visit hours so it would fit our travel schedule. I would highly recommend their services as they proved to be trustworthy and reliable.

I’ve used Chatty Cats twice now and they never fail to impress from start to finish. They take time to hear about the cats they’re feeding and never just dump the food and go, but interact with the cats, taking pictures so we know they’re happy! I’ve only ever had amazing service from Michelle and her team and they’re highly recommended!

This is the second time we have used Chatty Cats Care, and we are so happy to have found them! Michelle was able to come and look after our very attention seeking cat on short notice and give her a lot of love and attention, which made us feel so much better about leaving her, especially after we were unable to travel for such a long time. Michelle responded very promptly when I reached out and provided regular updates while we were away. Our cat Emmy loves Michelle and we definitely hope she comes back again next time we are away! We contacted Michelle at very short notice to look after our pet cat of 15 years, Phoebe whilst we were away for a week. We were delighted with her care and attention and her evident love of cats. The service was highly reliable and she even offered us some guidance based on her extensive experience. I would strongly recommend Chatty Cats and we will certainly be using them again in future.

We've used Chatty Cats a few times now and have been impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and care shown by Michelle and by her team of cat sitters. It's a great weight off our mind to know that our beloved cat is in good hands when we're away. Highly recommended.

Michelle and Ridge were both awesome, I had a great service from begining to end. I was so nervous to leave my cat alone, since it was going to be the first time, and since I adopted my lovely boy just before the Covid lock-downs, he had no chance to socialise with people, and he was too shy. But Ridge gave him a great care, spent hours with him to make him comfortable, which was way longer than the standard service, he was patient and kind. I got photos and videos from each visit, it was comforting to see that my baby is safe and good hands. Thank you Michelle and Ridge, hope next time Alfie boy will be less shy! :)

Chatty Cats Care is a very professional service and my cat absolutely adores Michelle!
Whenever I go away I feel at peace as I know my kitty will be well taken care off. My cat is asthmatic and I totally trust Chatty Cats Care with her medication.

Michelle and her lovely team of cat sitters have looked after our two older kitties several times now, staying overnight and providing excellent care, cuddles, playtime, frequent updates and pictures. Most importantly for us, our older boy requires twice daily insulin injections and other medications, and with Chatty Cats Care we don't have to worry about a thing. Communication is always excellent, and we wouldn't choose anyone else for taking care of our babies while we're away.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Chatty Cats Care. Michelle was quick to respond to my enquiry and I was soon fixed up with a local sitter. Her visits were easy to arrange and the visits went very well. I will definitely be using the service again in the future.

Chatty Cats Care is a very professional and friendly cat sitting service that I would 100% recommend. First time booking and the whole process was so smooth and easy from start to finish. Michelle was so quick and responsive to my last-minute request for a weekend visit to look after my five-month old kitten Elmo, and did a very thorough job of ensuring she had all the info to hand prior to the visit.

It was really lovely to receive pics and updates of Elmo having a great time with lots of cuddles and playtime with Michelle. Food was all topped up and litter tray was immaculately cleaned. Michelle went above and beyond, staying over the requested 1 hour slot, just to spend that bit more time with Elmo. There was even a lovely handwritten card awaiting my arrival home. I felt very reassured that I was leaving my furry companion in capable hands.

First time using Chatty Cats Care and was I really impressed by the service. Super easy to book and our sitter Iona was excellent,keeping us updated regularly about out Kitty. If you are looking for a professional cat sitting service that is reliable with outstanding communication and good value for money I’d highly recommend Chatty Cats Care. I will be re-booking them when I’m away again.

I usually have a house sitter stay and look after my cat when I go away for longer than a weekend, and this time with the Boris cancelling Christmas at the last minute, my house sitter was not able to travel as planned. I did some research online and came across chatty cats which looked great. I emailed Michelle and she was very responsive. Later that day, our cat sitter Aya video called me to introduce herself. She was wonderful and I knew she would do a great job of looking after my cat. That evening, Michelle sent me an invoice with T&Cs. The T&Cs stated that rates would be 50% extra at Christmas, however they were in fact 100% extra (double) which ended up being quite expensive - £165 for 4 days. However by this time I had spoken to Aya and I felt I could trust her so we went ahead and confirmed. Aya lived up to expectations and sent regular photos and videos of my cat while we were away which put me at ease. Thanks again for doing such a great job 😺

Aya looked after my cats over the Christmas period and she was wonderful, she gave me updates and let me know how the cats were getting on. My cats tend to be quite shy but they loved her and both were so relaxed on my return! It made my Christmas a lot less stressful! I would definitely use the service again.

I thought the best part was receiving photos and updates on my Romeo and Cleo babies while travelling for work, but coming home finding them so content and happy was really the best feeling ever. Our meowers take their time to bond with strangers, but Michelle and Ridge were their buddies in just a couple of days. I just loved the comfort and care they were able to provide to them and would never choose a different cat sitters as a matter of fact I will plan any future travels based on their availability!
