Our service from Craig & Chau4you has been exemplary. Communication was first class, exactly on time as promised, beautiful spotless cars. We used Craig at Chau4you for our trip to & from Gatwick. The communication for both journeys was great, Craig waited for us in our return to the UK with no complaints as we were delayed when someone left the airport with one of our suitcases!!! Had a wonderful experience with this company
Dropped us off at Heathrow single parent 2 young children and the service was excellent . The driver craig took us through carrying our luggage and helped us find the correct check in desk as I was a little nervous.
Also on the return journey craig was waiting at arrivals and carried all our luggage again .
Comfortable pleasant ride with great conversation

Would highly recommend use of this fabulous service which I have used a few times. They are easy to access and book online, reasonably priced, with premium car brands, which are well maintained and clean, prompt on schedule, and aimed to reach you to your destination safely and in time... and as a bonus offering are very pleasant company on the journey!

Booked Craig to take my family and I from Bournemouth to Heathrow for a night flight and the return pick up. Great service, on time, polite and lovely clean car. Booking was effortless. Can't recommend enough, will book again for the next airport run!

Craig dropped my friends & I to Gatwick from Verwood and back recently, great communication and was very friendly, great price and great service. Totally recommend for airport trips.

As a disabled person I've used taxis quite a lot. Chau4You is so much more. The driver is always on time or early, they are helpful and ask what I want not what easier for them.

I've used them 6 times so far without any problems or complaint.

For airport and cruise port journeys they are reliable and well priced.

I don't have the pre pick up panic I used to have will they be on time will I get to the airport in time.

They DO IT every time.😁

We as a family have been using them for several years now and are always impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, communication and of course most importantly, their punctuality!!

They have some really helpful touches too like providing bottled water for the journey, children’s seats and some seats having DVD players for the kids too.

We have their 9 seater booked again later this year for our Eurostar departure to Paris instead of an airport for a change and can’t wait!!

Look forward to them getting our holiday off to a perfect start again :)

Booking was very simple, confirmation speedy, good communication leading up to our holiday we were confident we hadn’t been forgotten.
They arrived on time and although we had a delay on our return I had a message already waiting for me, so I knew where they were. very helpful and friendly.

We used Chau4you for transport to and from Gatwick from Bournemouth for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The service was excellent, the car was beautiful and Craig was punctual and very kind. We will definitely use again and cannot recommend enough.
