Update for Reader Purposes:
We were not made aware of this package being lost or delayed until this review. In order for us to assist and help located packages we need to be made aware via the proper outlets stated on order confirmation- via email.
This order was fulfilled on October 5th where it shows on our next day Pickup manifest.
We put in place a locate package on this customer's tracking in our USPS account so that we can now properly assist.

We can not assist when we do not know that a problem is there. Had we received a email we could have helped you as we've help those who have contacted us via email--the proper way to do so, so that it is seen.
We have already placed a located package alert on your order when you originally left the review. No one denied you had a purchase.
Also you can not fake a tracking number, that is from USPS. A confirmation number and a tracking number are not the same.

No Communication
Took well over a week to receive any confirmation of the order. Finally received a shipping number a week ago only to find out the label has been created but nothing has been actually shipped. Would be nice to know upfront shipping could take 2-3 weeks, and to have received some sort of confirmation.

Update for reader Purposes:
This customer's package has been lost due to what USPS stated as damages to his package and several others. Once we were aware of the missing/damaged package we were prepared to reship.
We eventually found today that this customer's hoodie was NOT severely damaged as the images presented to us by UISPS and they have repackaged this this customer's order and it is now in transit to be delivered.

Placed an order on Sept 25. Emailed twice but no response to my inquiry about ship date. Got a tracking Oct 5, but it is only pre-made. Has not shipped and still no response from them.
Update: Finally made contact with the company. The apologize and found out the problem of the delayed package. Received the product and happy with the clothing.

This package was lost within USPS network and has now been found. Their tracking was successfully updated and this customer's package is now in transit again to be delivered.

The package never left post office due to a damaged label. We were unaware that the package had not moved until your review. But no worries, we took an updated label for you a 2 others and your package is now in transit.
