The worst company I have ever dealt with.

The delivered a broken item and refused to pay the returns postage even though it clearly stated that they would on the website.

I am down £80 for a broken bed that I now don’t even have.

Brought a branded washing line, and went to install and found there were damaged parts. Only to find out we can't return as the item was brought just after Christmas.

Do not buy from this country as there do not recognise your consumer rights.

Bought table and 6 chairs. Delivery was free so not sure what other reviews are about. Needed a few extra parts . Response was within 15 mins even had a phone call. Communication was excellent cant fault the company at all , thank you again.

Please read these reviews before ordering from this company. I placed my order, my item was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days, apart from my order confirmation I had no correspondence. After 10 days I sent an email asking when I could expect my delivery, no reply to the email, tried calling, there was no answer so I left a message. Still no reply so I posted a message on their Facebook page, amazing coincidence I had an email within 10 minutes. Nothing about my order, just saying they had replied to my email and phone message and the email must be in my spam box, which of course it wasn’t! I insisted on a refund as it was obvious the furniture had not been dispatched, they did reply and say that was OK. A few days later still no refund so I emailed again, no reply so back to posting on Facebook book and I get a reply! Telling me not to be angry and stop posting on their Facebook. I finally got my money back after about 10 days. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use. Only advice I can give is if they are not replying, post your message on their Facebook page.

Appalling company. Zero customer service. Were more than happy to take my order and then my money but the goods never showed up and we weren't successful in our many attempts in trying to contact them to find out where our goods were. We never got the stuff we ordered. Shocking

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a side table in October, received no updates at all. It’s now January - we requested a refund at the end of November and we haven’t had our money back either. Feel this is a fraudulent company and would encourage people not to order from them.

Awful customer service and the delivery was even worse. First they couldn't find my order....it took them 3 days to locate it. Delivery service they use refused to bring item to my door despite parking outside my store, and also refused to take the pallet away, leaving me with it. I can't stress how awful the whole experience was. Avoid....really not worth the hassle.

In addition to a specific product, I was attracted to the site with their assurance of "Free Delivery Anywhere in the UK" --- at least until checkout time when the sum of £10.32 for delivery appeared in the summary.

Having pointed out this misrepresentation to the Supplier, they advised that - "We did have different wording initially, but it was a bit long-winded, and people seemed to ignore it anyway." ---- How can - "Free Delivery anywhere in the UK" - be worded differently?

They continued by blaming Covid for substantial rises in delivery costs which, previously, they would have absorbed. In my experience, Covid has not greatly affected delivery costs in the UK.

A further claim was made by the Supplier to the effect they were unable to discount the delivery costs to me as they "wouldn't make that much profit on the product."

Cheap Furniture has the product listed at £46.64.
Adding their delivery charge brought this to £56.96.

Bearing in mind that Cheap Furniture "Wouldn't make enough --- to discount the delivery", an alternative Supplier has since supplied the IDENTICAL product, at a price of £36.99 and with GENUINE "Free Delivery" --- something Cheap Furniture assured me was not possible.

Cheap Furniture, after admitting the site wording was misleading, did say they would be changing it. However, over a week later, there is no alteration, so their site remains misleading and unrepresentative of truth - I wonder why?
