Customer Service;The 1st Contact/Customer Service…

The 1st Contact/Customer Service Officer was polite, explained the options carefully/ clearly. He also showed patience; after I agreed that I would change from Origin and he explained I would receive a follow-up phone call.
Between our discussion and the 1st call I was interrupted by a visitor.. this meant I didn't couldn't answer that call.
He called me back, was polite and patient and set- up the 'next call' again. I was unable to

I’ve never taken one of these calls…

I’ve never taken one of these calls before as I hate the thought of their selling methodology and spiel but the guy who called me was particularly courteous and engaged me through a softer approach. His way of convincing me of his and the companies sincerity broke a personal afore held opinion.

Inaccurate Advice

I was told that I would save a lot of money. The advice you gave about comparative energy consumption rates was not accurate and made me choose a different company. I ended up moving back otherwise I would be significantly worse off.

Cheap bills got me the best electricity plan for my needs great value for money.
