Abormal experience
I have always had GREAT experience with CheapDigitizing. Unfortunately, this was my first negative experience.
The speed of service was fabulous. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the file and it tore up the shirt I was putting it on.
Thinking it was my machine or the stabilizer, I re-tried and it glitched again at the same stitch point. I made one more attempt with the same hiccough at the same stitch point. So, in the end, I couldn't use the product.

Oops…
I sent in a request to my favorite embroidery design shop and unfortunately put in the width in the height spot… they created the most amazing design but it was waaaaay to big for me to use
I told them about my mistake and then they recreated it the size I needed
They were very gracious and of course, I will continue sending all of my Embroidery digitizing requests them

Perfect Embroidery Designs
I use Cheap Digitizing for all of my designs. They always turn out great. And they are wonderful if I ask for small adjustments. And they are quick!! They are less than 24 hour turnaround for the original design and any adjustments.
