Just stupid or worse Cheap Energy Finland

2 months with this company and already have to call them, imbeciles, They didn't send me the bill for electricity. I received a message from debt collection, I have to download the bill from debt collection agency. In order to pay it, I think it's kind of really stupid. And there was no bill on their website. So basically I have to waste my time and call this company on Monday and tell them stop being retards. Send your bills so I can pay them.

Sorry to hear from your trouble with billing! We send our bills by email to the email address you have given us, when ordering the electricity contract. The email address can be checked and edited with our customer service, they will also help you with any questions about billing. Hopefully we can sort this out for you!

Incompetence

Made a deal with them during Black Friday period. 15.1. was supposed to start, nothing. Still couldn’t see any contract. Contacted them and their answer was - due to technical error they couldn’t confirm the contract. The contract was confirmed on 21.11. Then they offered me another contract with high monthly fees. Just incompetent service. Sad I even considered them. Charging you extra if you don’t use over 1000kwh per year…
Next time I’ll choose a reliable company.
No app to use either.
