Hi I would like to thank cheaperforex team for dealing with the issue I faced very professionally. I had bought a product from them and it didn’t turn out as expected . We contacted the team and they did there checks to see if our complaint was valid. After that they contacted us stating if we would like to get a different product as they didn’t have the one which we wanted. Hence we opted for the refund which was processed for us . Once again I would like to thank the team of cheaperforex for handling everything very professionally.

I just wanted to say that in my experience I have been happy with this company.
Or at least so far I think they are honest as well as kind etc.
I have purchased some products and they seem valid. then my last purchase, on Daniel's advice, I received it immediately. but it was a bit so-so. and then he felt obliged to let me choose any other product I wanted, or he would replace the same software with a new one that was the same but that changed the platform from the old MT4 to the new MT5, and so I did.
It was a bug that the old one had, and with appropriate changes they replaced the same model with the new one to use on MT5 and I must say now it works very well, even though it cost more, they didn't make me pay any difference..
Highly recommended. Not everyone does these things..

Before purchasing, I was concerned about how the price could be so low compared to the actual value. However, I proceeded with two payments for two EAs, and the support team responded quickly and professionally.
You can trust them completely. Just remember to check on Telegram whether they are 'open' or not, as time zone differences may sometimes cause a delay in responses. However, they will always get back to you if you have any questions.

Today I come here to redo my post as you could see I was a victim of a scanner on the CheaperForex.com support telegram page in relation to the EA that I bought from CheaperForex.com. Anyway today I want to redo my post to make it clear that the firm is correct, they refunded me the amount purchased, they contacted me and we were able to clarify the whole issue.
