No Customer / Company Communication
No telephone number for their ofice in Birmingham. The email address on the website gets immediately returned as not recognised, and the compay do not respond to messages went through their "Contact Us" form. The products may well be very good, but without some basic customer / company communication, I would struggle to order online.
