I purchased tickets from cheap flights online on 30th April. I was due to fly 22nd July,from Heathrow. When I was checking in I was told I cannot get on the flight because my tickets have not been issued. On the morning of departure I rang cheapflights and nothing was done to support me. I had to then purchase new tickets to travel with on the same day. After getting back from my holiday, I spoke to many advisors about my money but each time I have been ignored. I got back 20th Aug and its been 3 weeks no one has called to advise me on what to do next. I will never book tickets with cheap flights! Selling tickets and sending fake confirmation to get money from people is not acceptable.

Wrong prices listed to get more and more customers and then refuse actual booking when attempted. Not worth it at all. Such a waste of time.

I found DREAM WORLD TRAVEL (DWT) through cheapflights.com and I am extremely disappointed how you have advertised a company that does not provide a service on purpose. I have booked via travel agencies for many years and only faced an issue for the first time.

I booked my flight tickets in MARCH for my whole family to travel in July and DWT failed to provide me my e-tickets and cancelled on me last minute.

Although cheapflights has removed DWT from their website now, there are THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE that have already suffered by purchasing tickets from DWT. These comparison websites SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to advertise these scammer companies like DWT.

Although DWT has committed a bigger scam, cheapflights also plays a role because they did not carry out an investigation on how their travel agencies operate.

WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE RIDICULOUS COMPARISON WEBSITES AND THEIR ADVERTISED TRAVEL AGENCIES, AND WOULD ADVISE OTHER PEOPLE TO BOOK DIRECTLY VIA AIRLINES (although it is expensive but totally better than being scammed).

You have allowed dream world travel which is a fraudulent company through your platform. It had put a lot of people in misery. You need to scan the legitimacy and trustworthiness of the company that you’re including.

I used this website to find some flights from London to Thailand. I found what I believed to be a good deal through a company called Dream World Travel, so went ahead and booked.

17 days later, I have received nothing from DWT. No email confirmation, no tickets and having since looked into them, I believe they have scammed me, like many, many others.

I contacted cheapflights.co.uk regarding this and they offered nothing, except to advise that it wasn't their fault and that they offer all the information customers need before booking! This is absolutely not the case. Had they advised that DWT were ranked 183 of 186 travel agencies on Trust-Pilot, I would have never have booked through them!

Avoid using cheapflights.co.uk and absolutely avoid using Dream World Travel!

After finding a flight that suited my needs and budget I went on to the suppliers page to find that the flight didn’t exist and kept getting an error message. I tried several flights with the same company and none of them were available. I highlighted this to cheap flights and even sent screen shots but two days later these flights are still showing available. Totally misleading!

You have allowed Dream World Travel to take business through your website and you have lied to me, saying that all partners are legitimate. I have been scammed by DWT for £4k and it should be you who is responsible. DWT having been conning people for sometime now (check out the reviews) and you have not identified this risk and blocked them for use. Why haven’t you taken responsibility for your customers safety? How many more companies on your website are complete scams??

We would never have used DWT if it wasn’t for your site directing me to them, so you are responsible for this fraudulent activity. Are you going to get my money back?

This is a scam and fraud website. I searched tickets through www.cheap flights.co.uk and their search result took me to this scam website. I bought two tickets worth £1284 in total. Never got any confirmation. So, tried to call them. At first it went to their voicemail and I left message. But, nobody returned me any calls. I tried again and their number stopped working completely. Their mobile and WhatsApp number also does not work. Then I checked trustpilot reviews and found out that several people have lost their money when they booked tickets through this fraud website. Absolutely disgusting !!!!! Avoid this company !!!! Fraudsters

I booked with DWT via your search engine for flights Edin to Sydney 7th july returning 24th July PNR 4MNLLV ref NWS-5070423 Air Res SF5Y16 I have not received any etickets and feel this is a scam. I have been trying for weeks and days to resolve this with DWP and getting no where they advised me via email my payment was received 17th May detailing the flights etc. Today after 20 plus calls being cutoff multiple times I was told by John that my flight was now sold out in economy class and not available and would I like to change my dates or routes or cancel. I stated no and that my dates are fixed so he was pushing me to cancel. I contacted Qatar Airlines and they are aware of me and have a booking via the travel agent I assume DWT I have emailed you with my contact details and reference info.

I have managed to solve an issue I had with one of the travel agencies that is promoted on their site. All I needed to do was get in touch with them via the feedback link found on their website. They give you regular updates regarding the concern raised until you get the problem sorted by the travel agency (special mention to Natalia & Mirte). I have never had any problems using their site before and won't hesitate using them again. However, I'd be more careful next time by checking the reviews first for the travel agency offering the cheapest flight on their site before paying for the tickets online to prevent any stress, worries, & anxieties that may arise after.

To those complaining about the site taking money and not issuing tickets, please be informed that Cheapflights is NOT a travel agent but a SEARCH ENGINE providing competitive online airline prices.

This website is crap. I receive regular emails about prices for my destination, when I go into book- the flights shown in emails are not available. If I click on view details of flights - when I go to the next website, there is no flights available.

Hi I have booked with UK cheapflights ltd payed half they put money in to remilty bank is this a safe option to carry on with booking

There was no option for me to buy my departure and return as a combo so I had just bought my return with these guys and they changed the price of the Departure to almost double in price within seconds. They hoped by me buying the return first they had enticed me to now pay a ridiculous changed amount. The only way for me to get the affordable, time and price I needed and expected was by shortening my holiday and changing my departure date from the 8th to the 13th which is 5 days less. This is now terribly inconvenient. The price has already been changed a few times already but this last move from Trustpilot was very disappointing. Please don't rip people off in future.

Please do not ever use this website! They forward you to dishonest travel agents like Dream World Travel who steal your money! They are all scammers!

I booked a flight with Cheaplights, apparently the return ticket they gave me was broken down to 2 tickets and I wasn`t allowed to travel, the Turkish airlines told me I was entitled for a refund and I still got no refund as yet, they deal with shady online travel agents that scam you and steal your money, and don`t give you the attention to fix your issue

NEVER PURCHASE A TICKET HERE. ITS A SCAM THEY CHARGED ME 2 THOUSAND US DOLLARS THEY NEVER SENT ME THE TICKETS AND NOW NO ONE IS ASWERING TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON

Cheapflights advertise flights that they call, "Promotions," and leave them on display after the offer has expired, (If they ever were available), when in fact, their actual prices are about double - and in any case more expensive than most.

It is not possible to recommend this company, because of these deceptive practises.

I've been trying to get hold of someone just to talk to for 3 days there app doesn't work there good at asking what your concerns are how's about getting to speak with someone that is my concerns 3days I will never use again I didn't need the stress 😬
