dont just trust what you read
I feel the system is designed to not be easy. Took me 3 times starting again before I managed to complete it. On top of that you upsold me a rental car. No mention was made that I needed a credit card and then you take my money and then tell me a need a credit card. And now I am fighting to get a refund. Trust for me is not high and I will never use this system again.

If you have not yet received your booking confirmation a great place to start looking is in your email junk folder, just in case it’s hiding in there.
If not then we would recommend checking your bank statement to see which company name is next to the transaction.
This will be the company you need to contact for assistance and ask for your booking confirmation.
