Miscommunication was cleared up by staff. Staff is highly appreciated for being professional.

Although there was some miscommunication, or perhaps the company did not clearly state in the advertisement that the tickets were subject to confirmation once they became available, I would still consider my overall experience a positive one, especially because of Mr. Brock.

He took the time to truly listen to the client’s concerns, and his professionalism, patience, and support were greatly appreciated throughout the process.

As a suggestion for improvement, to help avoid any future misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding the company’s advertisements, it would be beneficial to clearly state on the website that “promotional tickets” are subject to confirmation upon availability; otherwise, the booking will remain pending.

Absolute disaster

Absolute disaster. S T A Y A W A Y !!!
I booked flights to GTW BKK via Bahrajn. Due to conflict my return flight was cancelled. I returned on my own as company failed to offer any options other than refund for return tickets which I accepted
Returned 11 March we are now on 7th of May and their representatives keep lying pushing payment date forward and no money no sorry no nothing. Small claims court is my next step.

We are sorry to read your feedback and understand your frustration regarding the delay in the refund process. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your booking.

Your return flight was initially impacted due to the unforeseen situation and operational disruptions in the Middle East. Following the cancellation, our team assisted by rebooking you on the original airline’s partner airline at no additional cost in accordance with the airline’s travel advisory and available waiver policy at that time. Unfortunately, due to the continuing instability in the region and further operational disruptions, that alternative flight was also subsequently cancelled.

Throughout the process, our team consistently attempted to provide alternative options based on what was authorized and made available by the airline. However, you later chose to arrange your return travel independently and requested a partial refund for the unused sector.

Please note that since the ticket was partially used, the refundable value of the unused portion can only be calculated and authorized by the airline directly. Such refunds are not determined by the us or our ticket consolidator. We have already raised a Refund Application (RA) and also escalated the matter directly with the airline; however, we are still awaiting their response and refund authorization.

Unfortunately, due to the large-scale flight cancellations caused by the Middle East situation, followed by further disruptions across the aviation sector, including operational challenges linked to unpredictable fuel cost increases, airlines are currently experiencing significant processing backlogs worldwide.

We respectfully wish to clarify that the refund delay is not due to any intentional inaction from our side or our consolidator’s side. Leaving negative feedback will unfortunately not expedite the airline’s refund process, as the final authorization and release of funds remains solely under the airline’s control.

Nevertheless, we remain committed to following up on your case and providing an update as soon as we receive any response from the airline.

One of the worst experience I have…

One of the worst experience I have received from their team.PLEASE AVOID!! It’s 2nd party ticket service once you purchase the ticket it’s not confirmed you are basically at waiting list hope someone will cancel the ticket and you must know ticket are non refundable once you purchase there is no way back down. So this happened to me I had to use their services so the ticket was priced £900 due to unconfirmed status I had to pay £700 extra to confirm my flight which is absurd I know but I had already paid £900 so I had no choice. Ticket got confirmed and my baggage allowance they gave it to me was 47kg which I was happy about it and next month I had flight went to the airport and found out at counter that the baggage allowance was 30kg only couldn’t do anything at the counter and said me to call them once you are back from the airline staffs so I had take out 10 kg from my baggage and I came back and called them stating these things happened but I got no response from them they keep passing me to different agent and after a month they came to decision saying it’s was their staff mistake while preparing the ticket he accidentally put 47 kg instead of 30kg no rumours no apology nothing at all they offered me £200 worth of vouchers but have to used by only me. I declined the offer as I never wanted to associate with these company every so raised a dispute from the bank and still claimed me wrong saying the service was received. !!! Please Avoid!!!
