so thank god i came to trustpilot to see if they were legit at all. Ive been trying to gift my husband PS5 but the prices everywhere are off the charts. Its crazy to pay so much for a dumb piece of gaming equipment but then i saw the one on this trashy website and thought thats a liitle affordable, although still crazily priced but i couldnt believe it so came here on trustpilot AND THANK GOD

SCAM, totally SCAM and they stole my damn money plus they don't care who person that is DEAF and WHEELCHAIR... Wow that's shame to them for making me believe that company was LEGAL by Google!

This money I been saving for new PS5 almost 8 month until that day March 9, 2021!!!

I'm very worries about people with disabilities may or may not know that they been fooled by people who selling things for any prices but they never have or didn't sent any packages to customers who cannot work because of their disabilities that no way to get those games in this local cuz so many people and always run out plus so many disabilities cannot afford to lose their live over stupid idiotic people who doesn't wear the masks in any stores!!!

PLEASE give disabilities people a BREAK!!! They really want PS5 or something like that with their SSDI and SSI that HARDEST work to saving those money to get their goal like me!!!

SSI that I got income about $750 a MONTH that's it... NOT a weekly or bi-weekly but only once a month, most times I pay my bills, not much left I have... Where our enjoy times? Where are we suppose to get something to keep me and disabilities people mind stable by enjoying things like a hobbies from nuts in our homes!!!

So many disabilities people did not have a chance to having enjoy their time like playing games or social online games, yes we already knew that so many disabilities people put themselves into nurse home where no way to having socials online because nurse home is LEGALLY OUT OF DATE... Almost impossible for them be able enjoying their games online...

Please understand that my langrage is not an English... I using my langrage is ASL with my expressing feeling and worries for myself and so many people may don't realizing how badly SCAMMERS trying rip us off with our money that come from taxes people

Its completely a scam. Bought a ps5 and my order went on hold. So I keep emailing, chat, and calling. Now I have there whatapps info. (Its a UK number) They say the money was never received. However zelle has a 14 day return if someone don't pick it up. Its all a huge scam.

I bought the PS5 Feb.14th and now everyday I contact them to ask them how there scamming is going. I told them I would report them and they just told me, "ok".

Don't be a dumby like me and get excited and buy from them. Sigh 573$ gone...

Tried to chat with them online and got no response. My husband who is a detective went to search their IP address and it is untraceable. I had reservations about this site after first reading the reviews! Thank goodness I did. I searched their phone number on Bing and found it to be a Google Voice Number. That alone should tell you something! I hope people research this site instead of buying first! When nobody else has Xbox Series X or whatever new system you are looking for then why would these guys? People need to read reviews or do their own searches before they buy! The BBB needs to be alerted so they can be put on some Black List!

BUYER BEWARE This company is a SCAM! I PAID FOR A PLAYSTATION 5 AND NEVER RECEIVED IT!! THIS COMPANY requires you to pay on Zelle OR CASH APP! I paid them in full for a PLAYSTATION 5 plus shipping and i never received a tracking number or anymore communications after they got my money! I emailed them repeatedly and got NO RESPONSE, and I called over and over which nobody would answered ! Then i tried to chat on their website where they walked me through making the payment via Zelle, of course i got no response AGAIN! My bank can't get my money either so i guess i got screwed out of $680! Please tell everyone they are scammers!!! Please don't buy from them! If i could rate this company from my experience with them i would rate them -5 Stars!!

Don't waste your time with this, these guys don't have a ps5 or anything else they advertise, it's all a scam. I ended up purchasing what I thought was a ps5 but never got anything, please don't fall for this stuff like I did. These guys are just gonna take your money and you can't get it back.

unfortunately i have been caught by a scam like this one before, when i seen the sight i instantly knew. this really should be illegal

It’s a scam. I happen to purchase it. They are also unprofessional. I seen all the red flags a little after. On the page it looks to good to be true and I ignored that. I spent close to $600. I tried to get my money back but once u send them the money it’s over. Which is why they tell u say “ Gift” I hope this helps some one because I could of used this help much sooner. Now I have to take this lost and it’s no one fault but my own. Just go to stockx and spend a Lil more on the P5. Anything is better than giving some one 600 just to be ignored. 🤦🏽‍♂️ n yeah I feel stupid 👏🏼

Didn't actually go through with a purchase because the red flags were blowing up. As other reviewers have pointed out, many issues with the company's disclosures of legitimacy. I can also say that the only form of payment they accept is cash via Zelle and Bitcoin, so once they have your money, it's gone. They expect to be harassed about the purchase.

I always do my research before purchase. I hope my review and the others i see here have helped. This company doesnt have anything to show they are legit. Dont trust them saying they have ps5 or any other item you are looking for. Their customer service does not exist. This site is a scam

I tried to order a PS 5 standard edition. I put two in my cart in error. Tried to get to my cart, to order & delete 1. Clicked on cart, but it wouldn't appear. I started a chat which says they respond immediately. Asked why my cart wouldn't appear took FOREVER to get an answer, they said refresh my screen. Well couldn't refresh because their chat box wouldn't disappear. Could never get another answer or get rid of the chat screen. Gave up.

Scam website that don’t follow any of business spam laws such as an address, legal fine print, etc. They have the PS5 up as the original price labeling it as a “sale”. They do not have an address on their website which is against the law and their phone number is a Google voice number. They will not send you any products! Scam website.

Scam website. They will tell you they have things in stock when there is no possible way. Also their phone number is a Google Voice number meaning they do not want you to have a way to trace them.

Purchased a pulse headset November 27th. It is now December 16th and they never shipped it nor would they give me a ship date. I decided to cancel my order and I have sent numerous emails, messages on their chat and receive no response. Expensive lesson for me, don't let it be for you.
