We can confirm that we have received your email enquiring about your order on the 22nd of December at 12:19. We emailed you with a reply less than 15 minutes after you emailed us at 12:33 on the 22nd of December.

Your email enquired about the status of your order as you said it had been marked as delivered on the tracking number and you didn’t receive it. In our reply, on the 22nd of December, we sent you a screenshot of the tracking update stating that the parcel was not marked as delivered but rather there was an attempted delivery on the 18th of December but nobody was home when the courier came around. Further to this, we also advised you that the parcel is waiting to be collected from your local Royal Mail depot.

We understand that this order was more than likely a gift for a loved one for Christmas and it is hugely disappointing to you that you didn’t receive it in time. However, we also find your feedback highly frustrating as it was a lack of attention on your part to not notice our reply which we sent less than 15 minutes after your email and also when checking the tracking number to see that there was an attempted delivery and that the parcel is awaiting for you to be collected from a depot. We hope you collect the parcel from the depot at your earliest convenience and are happy with the items ordered. Finally, we hope that you will remove your feedback as we did everything in our power to assist you with the order and it is highly damaging to a small business like ours.

Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your experience.

Your order was placed on 18/07 for an item marked in the description of it as having a '2 Week Delivery Period' due to it being on backorder. Your order was delivered on the 31/07, earlier than the estimated timeframe and less than two weeks after the order was placed. In our opinion, 13 days is not 'nearly a month'.

Regarding the wrong order being delivered, we have received no contact from yourself regarding this. All orders are checked by our team for purposes of quality control before being delivered and this is the first complain of this nature that we have received in our 3 years in business. Your order was for the 'White/Grey Nike Logo Set', if this is not what you received can you please make contact with us - cheapgarms1@gmail.com and one of our staff will be in touch immediately to replace the order for the correct one.

We apologise that this experience was not satisfactory to you. We hope to see you again and aim to make your experience as satisfactory as possible the next time and have emailed you a 10% off discount code to avail of for your next purchase.

Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your experience.

Your order was placed on 25/03 for an item marked in the description of it as having a '2 Week Delivery Period' due to it being on backorder. We received an email from yourself on 05/04 requesting a location update of the order. When we looked into this query for you, we discovered that unfortunately the item is out of stock and offered you some items we had in stock available for same-day dispatch or a full refund. Instead, you sent us pictures of a different item which we didn't send you and requested that one instead. We notified you that we don’t have this item in stock but are able to outsource it from our supplier and of the expected the delivery timeframe to which you agreed to.

The charges DPD were requesting from you are unfortunately independent of us as these are custom fees due to you being located in the UK and us being Irish based. Unfortunately, due to law, customs tax must be paid since the UK is not in the European Union anymore, this fee is not something that we receive. We are unable to refund these charges as you requested unfortunately as we do not receive them.

We apologise that this was not satisfactory to you. We hope to see you again and aim to make your experience as satisfactory as possible the next time and have emailed you a 10% off discount code to avail of for your next purchase.
