I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. However, I received a Chinese version of the product I ordered. Just a flimsy box full of pieces. It was not even put together. Like, I had to put EVERY tiny piece together by hand with tiny little screws. I literally had to wire this lamp for it to work. There was no indication whatsoever that I would be getting a box full of plastic pieces to assemble myself. The picture was one thing and what I got was another. After two and a half hours I managed to get it put together. I would say the product I got was purchased from China for around $2 and you turned around and sold it to me for $30. I feel like I was robbed.

I was happy with the bluetooth headphones. They were nicely priced and the website was easily navigated. The only issue that i had with the whole experience was how long it took to get the product but that could have been the result of how it was shipped or where it was shipped from. Other than that it was a good experience and i plan on ordering from this company again

The items were good but it takes a long time for the items to get delivered. Which is my only problem.

I ordered 3 things from this company, a gaming mouse, a gaming controller, and a dual charging dock. Very pleased with all of my items and they got here when expected! The mouse dis not come with any software though and that was a minus. But won't take away from the experience :)
