After booking the tickets online: Best experience to Share
My tickets were declined for unknow reasons. Allen called me explained what is going. Allen said he follow-up with airlines and reach out to me once things got resolved.
The cancellation due to airline non-availability of price caused some stress. Allen worked to resolve the issue with airlines. Allen went out of his way to get the name corrected and get the tickets reissued and fixing things. I thought to write this review and give 4* but changed my mind to 5 stars.

Samuel was great to deal with! He got my problem fixed right away and helped me book the next best flights. I had a great experience booking with…
I had a great experience booking with Cheapoflyt. Specifically, with the agent named: Juan Ramirez. The tickets I purchased were initially sold out, so I got a call from the Cheapoflyt team that I had to cancel my flight or look for alternatives. Juan was on the phone with me for whole 40 minutes to come up with the right resolution; in the end, he helped me book the same tickets with the same price, honoring the price I initially bought them for. He didn't have to do this, but he truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. I am very thankful for his kind action here, and I am excited to share that I will be able to visit home and be with my family for the holiday season. If it weren't for Juan, a reunion with family wouldn't have been possible. I want to end this note to thank Juan again for all the help he had given me.
