Great quality- fast delivery and great price: What's not to like!

They keep reminding me to review them so here goes...
Never received my banner, no reply to multiple emails. No one ever answered the phone. Started a charge back with my bank.
Caused undue stress as I really needed it for an event so had to pay someone else a higher price to get a next day delivery...

I don't have my banner for the Great Yorkshire Show!!! I ordered 18th June on a 5 day turn around with 24 hr delivery after production. Its now the 1st July and I haven't received it, I have sent 4 emails with no reply and have phoned repeatedly and no one answers, you just get cut off after a certain amount of rings... So not only have I been scammed out of my money I have no banner for the event!! I just can't get my head around how companies get away with this. I'm going to pay everything on either PayPal or credit cards from now on so I can get my money back. They won't be the slightest bit bothered that I'm a small business owner struggling to make ends meet. Shameful....

The banner was excellent and it would have been a 5star review but one of the banners was delivered on day 3 (not the company's fault).
My only gripe is that the 'eye-catching' price is loaded up, like Ryanair, as you progress through the purchasing process.
