I am double charged for shipping since integration with PayPal filled in the wrong address. Upon posting a review, I had the below interaction. Amazon simply sets the standard. Posted in a reverse order, not redacted

We shipped to the address you provided. It's as simple as that. You provided the wrong address. Our system does not determine where to ship orders, ever. Our return policy is clearly stated online, primarily for people like you who try to blame everyone else for their own problems. The majority of our customers appreciate our low prices and have self-responsibility. We appreciate you taking your business to Amazon in the future.

Thank you for your response. I did not claim to be double charged on the order. I claim to be double charged by mailing. (1) I did not fill out the wrong address since I have address autofill - whether it is an issue with Paypal integration or not, I am the victim of an issue and I am not a detective (2) you offered a refund that had some strange subtraction (paid $24, refund offered for $10). It is unpleasant for me and for you as well. I wanted to refund the full amount or deliver to the correct address. Between the two options I was given to pay for shipment or accept a refund of $10, I was not left much room. Still, your restocking fee in this situation could have been voided. I leave a review reflecting on my experience, i typically do not leave reviews unless very happy or very unhappy.. which is, I go to Amazon next time. I know they are more expensive, but this simply did not happen to me there.

Hey Tomas! Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback! You were not double charged for shipping. You required us to ship your order to you twice. Unfortunately, you gave us the wrong address, so the package was returned to us. We offered you a refund, but instead, you wanted the product sent to a different address for a second time. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to send every package to all our customers twice. To be fair to all our customers, we did ask for you to pay for the second shipment. Reviews mean a ton to our small business, if you think we did better than 1 star we would appreciate a reconsideration. Thanks for your business!
