Be careful; delivery time almost 1 month!

Only after ordering you find out their very long delivery times. It's fine that they have these long delivery times, but it should be addressed way more clear before buying a product.

You cannot expect a customer to look up the delivery schedule before every online sale, default is a couple of days and if you defer from that by almost a month you should be very clear about it.

If I had known this before buying I would have never bought the product.

I addressed this to the customer care but the guy just said; it's (hidden) on our website so I could have known. This reaction says it all I think...

Ik zal je feedback intern gaan bespreken dat dit duidelijker op de website aangegeven kan worden.
Het is inderdaad zo dat wij lagere prijzen aanbieden maar daarentegen wel ( in vergelijking met andere webshops) een lange levertijd hebben.

De comments op TrustPilot nemen wij zeker serieus en zullen dan ook de feedback meenemen voor de verbetering van onze website en diensten.
Wij zijn nog een redelijk nieuw bedrijf en de feedback die wij van de klanten ontvangen is zeer waardevol, aan de hand daarvan kunnen we beter inspelen op de klant behoeftes en wensen.

I ordered a product from Cheaptech.nl well over a month ago(23-06-2019) and it never arrived. My order number is CT141155. Tracking status always showing receive in next 5 days from past two weeks.

Received email that order was not paid. Three days earlier order confirmation stated payment received via Pay-Pal?? 0900 Customer service hotline (cost 35ct/min) put you in long waiting queue despite 0 waiting time indication on website.

I ordered a product from Cheaptech well over a month ago and it never arrived. Now, today, I received an email that the order had been lost and they would need to send it again, which would take another "up to 25 business days". Absolutely pathetic - don't waste your time and money with this company.

I made my request and paid for it on March 11th. Today is May 27 and so far I do not receive my product and do not return my money. I want my money.
Ik heb mijn bestelling geplaatst en ervoor betaald op 11 maart. Vandaag is het 27 mei en tot nu toe ontvang ik mijn product niet en ik geef mijn geld niet terug. Ik wil mijn geld!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

basically I think they scammed me, the delivery is more then a month due and the costumer service never pick up the phone. please save me the respond of how it is all my fault and it's just a huuuuuge misunderstanding, you guys are thieves in the worst case and a bunch of armatures in the best case.

This is so far the worst seller . i bought something while thinking that it will be fast delivery as it is from Holland and i live in Belgium. but it is worst then China. i paid on 9/3/2019 and today is 26/3/2019 still not delivered . never again

Very bad experience! You order an item and then wait for weeks and nothing received! Contacting them by phone is not possible (hugely expensive and nobody picks-up the phone) and mailing seems to be impossible as well.
Very frustrating and have to accept the fact that I lost my money without receiving my goods.

I would recommend Cheaptech. Yes the product will arrive later than with other companies, but you also pay less for it. So if you don't need the product right now, it will be worth the wait. Also the service is very good. Cheaptech have a 100 days return policy and contact with the service desk is very easy. On the website on the contrary, I couldn't find where to return a product until I googled it, that could be better. My product was not a very good one unfortunately, but this had to do with the product and not with Cheaptech. It was no problem to return the product and I got my money back within a week.

I made an order a month ago (6th of January), and paid extra for track and trace delivery. It was supposed to take maximum 5 days. It's a month later (5th of February), and neither can I trace the order, nor can I contact the company.
There is no customer service at all. I am very disappointed and would discourage anyone from making the same mistake and losing money by buying at this "so called" company.

Issue 1:
Cheaptech's website is not straight forward announcing their shipping time.
After ordering I received an automated email in which they stated it could take "up to 25 days" for my product to arrive. They also stated "But usually 14 days is the avarage".

Issue 2:
The package I received was shipped from China, directly to my address. Almost as if someone ordered it from a Chinese webshop and just filled out my address as the receiver.

Though the Chinese brand of the product I ordered is clearly and honestly stated on their website I find it strange that my package was not sent from their warehouse.

I highly suspect that I have just payed €35 to have someone else order something worth €8,50, from AliExpress.

Do not order from this webshop, instead head over to AliExpress.com and find the exact same product you wish to buy for 80% cheaper.

It took a long time before I received a little product. In the meantime I found it in another way. Cheaptech offered excuses and mailed that they are working on better service. I could keep the product and they refunded my payment. I will give the thing to someone who wants it and I didn't have the trouble of sending it back.
I like it that they admitted their lack of delivering, I respect that.

I orderded a lighter from cheaptech, but eventually it dit not meet my expectation, without whining just got my money back the same day and dit not need to send the product back, that is another good service.

It is been like 6-7 days and I did not receive anything. I tried to write a message from their website but it is not working.

Horrible.
I knew about the delivery times being long.
but after 3 months of waiting i finally send an email asking where my package is.
this email is answered with an automated text after 3 weeks explaining they had a flu epidemic which just explains how bad this company works if you cant even help your customers.
package finally arrived and was very badly packaged and my adres was written wrong on many levels. this just smells of incompetence all the way

No track and trace code received although paid for. Package never arrived although email received that it was sent.
This feels like a scam

On 15/12/2018 i placed an order. On 19/12/2018 i received a mail that my order is shipped and that i would receive a track and trace code (for wich i payed 2 euros !) Until now i didn't receive my order neigther the track and trace code. I contacted the clientservice but never received an answer ! Beware this website are scammers and thieves ! I contacted the european consumers help and the belgian police so i hope the shut down the website for good.

In mean time cheaptech gave me the 2 euro back from track and trace. The console that i orderd i still didn't receive after now 3 MONTHS !!! Each time i contacted the customer service they keep saying... next week it will be delivered.... DON'T BUY ANYTHING YOU NEVER SEE WHAT YOU BUY AND NEVER SEE YOU'RE MONEY BACK !!!!

Misleading sending times, they just send everything form China and will make delivery last long

Misleading delivery times. It is stated on their website that they ship with PostNL, in reality however they ship the goods from China. If I wanted to wait two weeks for my delivery, I would have ordered it directly from China for a much lower price.
