Book that ticket!
I was very skeptical based on some reviews I read online but i booked anyways as my flight was literally $400 cheaper on this site. I called and spoke
To agent Alma Garcia and she provided me lots of reassurance and said she would personally call me back when my tickets were ready and help me add my luggage, and she did just that. The waiting the 24hrs for the tickets was nerve wrecking but it was all legit at the end, I just got back from my trip and no problems at all, I was able to manage my booking on the airline website.
